I had a wonderful stay at Shirahama Terrace Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the onsen facilities; they were relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of Japanese and Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirahama.

A very excellent hotel, location convenient， the hot spring is awesome. the room is spacious and bright. All the staffs are very friendly and professional， taking really good care of the customers. I really appreciate it.

３回目の利用者です。施設自体が年数経っているので 新しい設備と 昔ながらの設備が混同していて 楽しいです。
スタッフの皆さんのサービスが 古い設備を大きくリカバーしてくださって 丁寧親切です。お掃除のスタッフさんの人手が足りて無い感じが今回は初めてしましたが また行きたいです。食事もとても美味しいです。

The location is not easy to find. It takes a long time to find it. It may be close to the sea. It is too quiet and dark at night. I am a little afraid. If there are boys, it is okay. If there are girls, it is not recommended.

호텔 위치는 조금 외진곳에 있어요.
주변에 편의점도 없고 식당도 없습니다.
차를 렌트해서 묵을 예정이면 적극 추천 뚜벅이로 대중교통을 이용하실꺼면 버스 정류장까지도 15분 정도 걸어야 합니다.
고려하세요.
야외수영장도 그렇게 크진 않지만 가족 단위로 편하게 수영할 수 있었으며, 루프탑 목욕탕은 저렴하게 잘 이용했습니다.
전체적으로 만족합니다.
다음에 또가면 뚜벅이가 아니고 차를 빌려서 방문 예정입니다.
*참 실내에 탁구도 무료로 렌탈 가능합니다.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious with a nice view, but the facilities are a bit dated. To get a completely dark room for sleeping, I had to switch off the main power switch by the door, which meant getting out of bed to turn off the remaining lights that were still on and glaring. The air conditioning was terrible; even on the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, I woke up several times at night feeling hot despite being under the covers. The buffet was just average.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quiet and private, with complete facilities and enthusiastic, professional staff. We came during the off-season, so the price was very reasonable. Since we had to catch the earliest JR to the airport the next day, which was around 6 AM, the staff enthusiastically and actively helped me arrange transportation. It was indeed very early, making it difficult to find a taxi, so in the end, the hotel's car took us to the JR station. It was a truly heartwarming experience during our trip. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserI don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely loved this hotel! Transportation is great; a bus ride from Shirahama Station to Shin-Yuzaki Station takes about 20 minutes. Although the hotel is on a small hill, it's only a two-minute walk, no effort at all. Across the street are the popular Seamore and Key Noodles restaurants, and Sakinoyu is just a short walk away. Because it's built on a hill, the sea view is absolutely stunning! I could see the beautiful Pacific Ocean from my bed every day. The room was also very spacious; for this price, the room with such a large ocean view is incredibly good value. The hotel itself has an onsen (hot spring bath) and provides complimentary yukata (light cotton robe), so I could enjoy a relaxing soak every night before bed. The room service also thoughtfully provided local specialty snacks daily. It was truly the most satisfying hotel of my Shirahama trip!

GGuest UserThe location is relatively biased, it is very convenient to drive in and out and there is a parking lot for self-driving tours. The room is also wide and open, and the bathroom is also big! The room has a nostalgic atmosphere, although it is still ok for some days. The most heartwarming thing is that there is a large massage chair in the room to relieve fatigue and there is a hot spring bathtub on the terrace of the room to enjoy the very privacy hot spring bath and the hotel also has a hot spring bath for guests to enjoy! The hotel waiter is very good 👍 so feel at home 😄
