"Hotel limpo e agradável, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, tudo que você precisa. Tive um problema com o radiador na primeira noite, pois ele simplesmente não desligava. Isso foi resolvido rapidamente assim que contei a um membro da equipe. Na minha última noite não consegui entrar no meu quarto com o cartão-chave, já era meia-noite, então eu estava cansado e só queria dormir. Foram necessárias duas viagens até a recepção do último andar antes que isso fosse resolvido, o que me deixou bastante irritado. Na minha última manhã paguei o café da manhã, foi um pouco decepcionante, seleção muito básica do lado continental e as salsichas eram de péssima qualidade e não dava para comer. No entanto, há um rodízio de Toby do outro lado da rua, onde tomei café da manhã no dia anterior por um preço mais barato."

"Robin, on the reception desk, was very professional and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome and a great first impression. The hotel, being directly attached to the Winter Garden, has a great central location and is less than ten minutes by foot to the train station (which is all wheelchair and suitcase accessible). All the breakfast staff were also attentive and helpful even early in the morning."

"Ample parking. Sheffield is a bit misleading it's a 30min drive. It's southbound but only a short drive to turn onto northbound. Reception helpful and friendly 24hr. Free parking, rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower and bath work well. A decent place for a night stopover."

"Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by"

"WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊"
