Hotel limpo e agradável, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, tudo que você precisa. Tive um problema com o radiador na primeira noite, pois ele simplesmente não desligava. Isso foi resolvido rapidamente assim que contei a um membro da equipe. Na minha última noite não consegui entrar no meu quarto com o cartão-chave, já era meia-noite, então eu estava cansado e só queria dormir. Foram necessárias duas viagens até a recepção do último andar antes que isso fosse resolvido, o que me deixou bastante irritado. Na minha última manhã paguei o café da manhã, foi um pouco decepcionante, seleção muito básica do lado continental e as salsichas eram de péssima qualidade e não dava para comer. No entanto, há um rodízio de Toby do outro lado da rua, onde tomei café da manhã no dia anterior por um preço mais barato.

Excellent location, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Winter garden, gallery etc. There isn’t any onsite parking but the hotel offers discounted parking at the nearby The Moor car park (2 minutes walk away). Definitely will stay again.

Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

O hotel é um pouco Muito bonito para o preço, MAS o pessoal é muito útil, perto do centro da cidade e estação de trem, por isso é Muito conveniente e há um tram parado apenas 2 minutos.

Ample parking. Sheffield is a bit misleading it's a 30min drive. It's southbound but only a short drive to turn onto northbound. Reception helpful and friendly 24hr. Free parking, rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower and bath work well. A decent place for a night stopover.

Brilliant hotel clean everything you need staff absolutely amazing defo stop again

The reception staff were very welcoming, the bed was quite comfortable, and the location was good—supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The less satisfying aspects were that the room windows couldn't be opened, and the hotel's cleaning service was practically non-existent. I mentioned to the front desk several mornings that I wanted the room cleaned and even hung the ”please clean” sign on the doorknob, yet the room wasn't cleaned each day. It's unbelievable that a chain hotel has such poor cleaning standards.

Este hotel é um hotel bonito e está localizado EM UMA Grande localização. O edifício do hotel é bonito, elegante e bem mantido. O pequeno-almoço é Muito bonito, MAS o pequeno-almoço é Muito bonito quando há um período ocupado. Recomendamos com certeza que fiquemos aqui.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.
