Best service, best food and staff is very humble. Specifically dining area staff members are very professional, proactive, supportive and humble. In my last visit with my family, Mr. Biranjit Singha a young boy shown best hospitality. Really, it’s my favorite place to stay in Hyderabad with family.

O hotel é incrível e com excelente serviço.O edifício principal do palácio é incrível e histórico.A estadia inclui UMA viagem gratuita, ioga, concerto tradicional e chá de tarde. O jantar era Muito bom, MAS Muito caro, e você não Pode pedir comida do exterior, MAS Como um tratamento especial, EU estava feliz de pagar e o alimento era Muito bom. A hospitalidade era excelente, e todo o pessoal saiu do SEU caminho para ser útil.No pequeno-almoço, havia música ao vivo, e eles até me ofereceram um pequeno-almoço de champanhe.A chegada de cavalo e de carros de complimentação foi UMA surpresa acrescentada. Recomendo que fique aqui.Tenho tido sorte de ficar EM alguns hotéis diferentes de Taj na Índia, e isso é o melhor que já tive.Eu não Queria sair!

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service was outstanding. The staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. A great place to relax — I would happily come back again.

A localização é boa, fácil de alcançar e acessível para todos. O próprio hotel está a passar por obras de renovação, pelo que o dia está um pouco ruidoso. O arrefecimento é um pouco fechado e não dá a sensação de um hotel estrelado. A Sala de fitness e vapor são fantásticas.Há muita água e frutas disponíveis lá. É Muito bom para UMA toalha limpa. Eu tinha pequeno-almoço, o buffet era fantástico e os chefs estavam disponíveis na contagem e o pessoal sempre perguntava se eu precisava de algo que eu não vejo no menu - outra impressão positiva. Verdict: boa experiência geral e pessoal amigável. Recomendaria um curto estadia.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Not available for getting food and cab invoices at checking out, due to systematic issues, and leave my email for sending ASAP After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email…….. Writing email to hotel service email…..no response Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min……. I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room
