O quarto era espaçoso e a localização do hotel é ótima, perto da rua dos bares, com excelente isolamento acústico. É fácil encontrar lugares para comer e há muitas lojas de conveniência. As instalações são completas, incluindo máquina de lavar e secar roupa. A equipe da recepção é muito responsiva a qualquer hora. A vista noturna é imbatível!!! Super recomendo!!!

I recently stayed at a transit hotel in Chengdu and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s very close to the airport—perfect for short layovers or early flights. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The meals were surprisingly good for a transit hotel, with a nice variety and satisfying quality. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long journey. I also appreciated the facilities and amenities. The hotel offers a comfortable environment with thoughtful touches, and the bathtub was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding and refreshing before the next leg of travel. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was not noisy at all. I was able to rest comfortably without any disturbance, which is something I really value. There is also a VIP check-in service available at the airport, which sounds like a great perk, although I wasn’t entirely sure how to use it. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer instructions for guests on how to take advantage of this feature. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Chengdu. It offers convenience, comfort, and quality, making travel much more enjoyable.

Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Starry Sky! O ambiente, o serviço e o quarto eram perfeitos! O piso e o quarto eram aconchegantes e acolhedores, especialmente depois de um dia frio em Siguniang. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e se esforçaram para tornar nossa experiência ótima do começo ao fim! O serviço de WeChat facilitou muito a comunicação com eles para reservar transporte, refeições, etc. Recomendo fortemente esta hospedagem!

Inicialmente, a equipe me ofereceu um upgrade de quarto por 300 yuans adicionais, e eu aceitei. No entanto, ao entrar no quarto, percebi que era muito maior do que o necessário, já que eu estava viajando sozinha, então decidi cancelar o upgrade — a equipe foi muito compreensiva. O café da manhã era bom e o hotel está convenientemente localizado bem no centro da rua de pedestres. Há também um spa dentro do hotel. Estava bastante cheio na hora do check-in e seria melhor se a equipe ajudasse a organizar a fila, pois alguns hóspedes estavam furando a fila sem que nenhum funcionário parecesse notar ou intervir.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

Localização imbatível: a 5-8 minutos a pé da Chunxi Road e Taikoo Li; perto das estações de metrô Chunxi Road (linhas 2/3) e Tianfu Square (linhas 1/2). A área circundante é repleta de restaurantes e atrações. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade e os quartos têm uma vista excelente, mas o isolamento acústico poderia ser melhor. Existem restaurantes chineses e ocidentais, o café da manhã é farto e autêntico, ideal para viagens de negócios e famílias. As instalações dos quartos são um pouco datadas. A hora do chá锦食八宝 estava deliciosa. O serviço de lavanderia foi muito atencioso.

個人差旅，晚上和客户聚會完身上沾有味道，回到酒店已經是半夜了，由於第二天有會議沒有帶多的外套打客房服務電話問有沒有祛除味道的噴霧或者酒精噴霧，酒店員工Tom Wu大哥迅速響應送來空氣凈化器，我表示需要酒精噴霧Tom可能以為我需要皮膚消毒於是第二次送來消毒噴霧，我解釋了需求Tom主動提出再送來凈化器應該有幫助，在大半夜的全程微笑服務，全程沒有任何不耐煩，響應迅速，所以我專門記下了員工名字。希望有更多像Tom一樣有温度的員工，下次出差依舊會選擇福朋。

A equipe respondeu prontamente e foi amigável, a comunicação foi tranquila e eles atenderam às necessidades de forma proativa. No geral, o nível de serviço estava de acordo com o posicionamento e a faixa de preço da marca, garantindo uma experiência básica para viajantes a negócios ou hóspedes a lazer. No entanto, algumas deficiências impactaram significativamente a experiência. Aqui está um feedback objetivo para sua referência: Primeiro, o isolamento acústico foi muito pior do que o esperado. Passos nos corredores, conversas nos quartos vizinhos à noite e outros ruídos eram claramente audíveis, o que é extremamente incômodo para quem tem sono leve. Segundo, a pia estava visivelmente descuidada; havia resíduos de pasta de dente do hóspede anterior. Para um hotel de alto padrão, tal negligência em detalhes básicos de higiene é inaceitável. Terceiro, ver a equipe de serviço vestida com uniformes de empregada doméstica foi bastante desconfortável. Embora a equipe fosse excepcionalmente entusiasmada e atenciosa, a essência do serviço é o profissionalismo e o respeito, e essa vestimenta não levou em consideração o conforto da própria equipe. De forma geral, a estrutura básica de serviços da marca permanece inalterada, mas a atenção aos detalhes em higiene, a manutenção do isolamento acústico e o design da imagem de serviço ficam aquém dos padrões esperados de um hotel de luxo.

The hotel is located on the 15th floor, in the same building of the Ibis Hotel. You’ll see the signs inside directing you to go in the elevator to floor 15. The hotel lobby is very stylish and we received a warm welcome. I highly recommend international guests to download WeChat as the staff can communicate easily this way. The room was spotless. Lovely robes to use. Bottled water daily. We had the 180 room and it was great. Such a unique experience. The bed was huge and the herbal pillow was amazing. We had free fresh coffee prepared and offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. The television has no English speaking channels, does my screencast or accept vpn, so it may be an idea to download some programmes/ films to your iPad / phone. We only had one full day in Chengdu and the staff helped us choose the best places to visit. (Our visit was short due to us changing flights because of the Middle East conflict) We had free coffee offered every morning. And a Nespresso machine in the room. DiDi easily found the hotel. Metro 18 is only every hour but we found more regular trains to airport from east Chengdu station. Was less that 40 mins from panda base at 0730am. If we come back to Chengdu we will definitely stay here.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.
