A better experience than expected! I was initially worried about cleanliness and street noise, but it was perfectly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive to all requests. With the windows closed and AC set to 22 degrees, I slept soundly despite facing the street. On Dragon Boat Festival, there was heavy traffic and lots of honking near Tengwang Pavilion downstairs until around 10 PM, but after the festival, there was hardly any noise at night. The family room offers a view of Tengwang Pavilion's North Garden, and the scenery was stunning after the rain. As someone from Wuhan, I actually find the Gan River more beautiful than the Yangtze River, haha! Maybe it's the green wetlands in the middle that give the scenery more depth, and combined with the beauty of Tengwang Pavilion, it's truly elevated.

Esperei alguns minutos e disse: 'Você pode me dar o cartão do quarto rapidinho?' Ela sorriu de forma relutante e fez o processo, como se eu estivesse sendo irracional. Depois de pegar o cartão do quarto, alguém deveria me acompanhar até o quarto, mas quando eu já estava começando a segui-lo, um casal também lhe entregou os cartões, e ele me abandonou sem saber o que fazer. Perguntei sobre a localização do restaurante e a resposta foi muito vaga, então simplesmente me virei e fui sozinha... Então, como mencionei, ainda bem que eu já tinha explorado a localização do quarto antes, e por sorte não era muito longe... A porta do quarto era fina e deixava a luz passar. À noite, havia miados de gatos e alguém tentou abrir a maçaneta da porta. Em resumo: a gestão tem grandes problemas, o treinamento da equipe de serviço é inadequado e há problemas de segurança no quarto. O ponto positivo é a localização, e isso por si só já basta.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

This is a fantastic international hotel which can suit any international travelers be it business or leisure. The environment encompassing the hotel gives you tranquility and peace. It's convenient located and just not too far from most of the?cities hotspots. Definitely a highly recommended hotel to be in whenever you're in the location.

A great hotel stay. These days I tend to Airbnb, but in China for business and pleasure, my wife and I chose this hotel. We saw the outside during a past stay and thought we'd like to try it while visiting with another couple from the states. Everything was top notch. The breakfast wasn't a madhouse like other decent hotels. The space was so big it couldn't fill with the number of guests. The room walls were thick enough not to transmit noise. The space in the rooms was more than most. The balcony was lovely. Lots of good light, both artificial and natural. Not much English spoken, but check-in was easy. They helped us get a second didi for our friends and too much luggage. Drawbacks? Didi doesn't like to pull down the driveway even as it is an obvious road to the hotel. The toilet is electric and mechanical, completely unnecessary and makes too much noise while waking to use it. But these are common in most Chinese hotels it seems. The hotel was a relaxing and peaceful place to wake up and come home to after a day of ceramic exploration.

I spent a long, long time choosing a place to stay for my trip to Wuyuan, and finally picked this guesthouse. Their courtyard and window views are absolutely stunning. The moment I walked in, I was completely captivated by the ambiance – they've really mastered the Chinese garden style. Most importantly, the photos are exactly like reality! The owner has fantastic taste! The room was clean! Clean! Clean! The bedding was comfortable, and the entire place is smart-home enabled! The butler was very enthusiastic, and there's free parking. It's super close to Wuyuan High-Speed Rail Station, and it only takes ten minutes by car to get to Xian'gao Ancient City and Wunvzhou. Likeng and Huangling are about half an hour away, so the location is excellent. The guesthouse has a swimming pool, a cafe, a tea room, a restaurant, and even Hanfu makeup and styling services. A large shopping mall is just a short walk away, making dining and shopping convenient. A super satisfying stay! 🥰🥰

O hotel é uma experiência que vale a pena. A decoração mistura o moderno com a arquitetura clássica chinesa, tudo muito bonito. Muito bom para relaxar em família. O café da manhã tem mais itens tradicionais chineses, mas também tem algumas opções ocidentais. O serviço é muito cordial, nem todos falam inglês, mas se esforçam para tentar entender e serem entendidos. Fica um pouco longe do centro de Shangrao, mas está mais próximo da atração Wangxian Valley (40km).

This hotel is brand new and super close to the high-speed train station. It's only a 5-minute walk to the shuttle bus stop for tourist attractions – basically, you can just freshen up and stroll over, it's incredibly convenient and stress-free. The room was excellent and very clean, with brand new facilities. Being on a high floor, it was also very quiet with no noise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to all ages. If I ever come back to Wuyuan, I'd definitely stay here again. It's truly great value for money.
