"Já me hospedei em muitos hotéis cinco estrelas, mas minha experiência no Pan Pacific Suzhou Wu Palace Hotel merece uma avaliação especial. Primeiramente, o próprio hotel é como um jardim clássico, com pavilhões, terraços, pontes e água corrente — cada passo revela uma nova paisagem, em perfeita harmonia com o charme ancestral de Suzhou. Olhando do lobby, a combinação de grandiosidade e elegância me fez sentir imediatamente que havia escolhido o lugar certo. Mas o que mais quero elogiar desta vez é a cordialidade das pessoas — o atendimento da Elena na recepção. O check-in foi à noite e eu estava bastante cansado. O sorriso da Elena era genuíno, sem qualquer artificialidade. Depois de concluir o check-in de forma rápida e eficiente, ela percebeu nosso cansaço e, proativamente e com atenção aos detalhes, nos apresentou as instalações especiais do hotel, os horários do café da manhã e os melhores lugares para tirar fotos no jardim. Ainda mais atenciosa, com base nas informações do nosso check-in, ela nos lembrou que o tempo estaria mais frio no dia seguinte e que deveríamos levar um agasalho extra para sair. Essa atenção aos detalhes me fez sentir não apenas hospedado em um hotel, mas sendo recebido calorosamente por um amigo."

"I found this hotel by chance after learning that the one where I was originally wanting to book was sold out for my dates. I guess it was luck, because this place is so beautiful and calming. The pictures do not lie! I booked one of their top floor rooms, but I didn't realize that I would be navigating a short but steep step of winding stairs to access it. (Elevators are between the 1st and 2nd floor guest rooms only.) Even as a relatively able person, I still took my time going up and down the steps. The room itself is nothing short of amazing; in addition to the outdoor private tub on the patio, there's also a tea ”alcove,” and also a king-sized bed in a sparsely- but chicly furnished main room. It's a pity I stayed for only two days, and I didn't have the chance to explore their offerings of a sound bath, etc. The staff also brought up some kind of soup concoction on the first night, which was very kind! Breakfast is included, but guest have to go to the building across the path, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. I tried only the Western breakfast; maybe the Chinese breakfast is more hearty. Tip #1: When ordering a DiDi or taxi, drop your pin at the hotel's precise location, and not just at the security check at the main entrance. From reading other reviews, I thought that cars not belonging to guest couldn't get in, so I ended up walking with heavy luggage to get to the entrance of the hotel. Fortunately, when I left, I was able to get the DiDi to the hotel parking lot. Tip #2: Staff possess varying degrees of English levels, but I'd still recommend this place if (like me) you don't speak any Chinese. Make sure to add WeChat and add the hotel's account as a friend; this is the fastest way to contact them during your stay. Staff and I communicated via this method, as well as interpretation apps (Google Translate on my end). Tip #3: Humble Administrator's Garden is about a 20-25 mn walk south. The closest ”scenic area” is along the Grand Canal, which just over the wall north of the hotel. You'll likely need to take the bus (download Amap) and/or take a DiDi to get to different places."

"We liked the hotel's location, just a few minutes' drive from the train station. The hotel is located on the upper floors of an office building, so the rooms offer great views. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was plentiful. We only stayed for one night and the hotel met our expectations."

"Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no hotel. Os funcionários da recepção são muito prestativos e recebemos um upgrade para um quarto com vista para o lago, o que foi uma grata surpresa. "I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay."
