We had a wonderful stay at Shuiyunlan Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and elegance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.
The staff were especially impressive, polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and transportation. OI would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

坐世紀遊輪宜昌下船想着會比較累，所以決定在這裏住兩晚休整一下。
因為遊輪是在三峽遊客中心解散，所以我就研究周邊比較近的酒店。當時有三家進入我選擇範圍內的，都是可以看到江景的。一家感覺像高端民宿，最近的是皇冠假日，但是有點舊了！旁邊有個新開的温德姆至尊酒店。我雖然愛住酒店但是温德姆衹聽説過從來沒住過，也不太熟！查了下才得知這家温德姆是温德姆集團最高端的酒店，説是定位超五星的奢華酒店。所以在閨蜜更心儀威斯汀一直給我安利威斯汀的情況下我還是堅持訂了這個酒店，一方面是酒店照片裏江景套房的這個大弧度落地窗實在有點吸睛，另一方面想體驗下一個從未嘗試過的酒店品牌（好幾個文裏都介紹這家是宜昌最新最豪華的酒店）。
這個酒店在三峽遊客中心斜對面，步行7、8分鐘，旁邊就是萬達廣場。
酒店大堂34樓，設計得挺漂亮也蠻大氣的。
從35-46是客房，每層衹有兩個江景套房，分別是11和19，我拍的是爸媽住的11房型，朝西南，缺點有夕照有點熱！我住的19是朝東南，缺點是江景不如11壯闊，因為江中有一小塊灘塗。
房間果真很大，動線設計很流暢，佈局也很合理！客廳的沙發又大又舒服，大弧度的落地窗觀長江眺遠山果真視野特別棒！
房間設施非常新。兩個洗手間；自動馬桶；衣帽間裏有個化粧台；保險箱居然也有兩個；有三處可以掛衣服的橫桿，客廳和卧室還有兩個掛衣服的衣架子！洗護用品巴爾曼，現在用這個的酒店貌似不多了，很多五星都用國產的了。這裏比較特別的是雖然也是大罐裝的，但是在浴缸邊會配一套可攜帶裝的，考慮很周到！洗漱用品初常規的還提供耳塞、面膜甚至還有卸粧巾！這個國內酒店我第一次看到！
還有浴巾，大概是住過酒店裡的最大的了，幾乎能把我除頭部全包住了！
歡迎水果、點心很有誠意！
迷你吧除一般都會有的無糖和一般可樂、雪碧、啤酒外還有voss的水、巴黎水和果汁、薯片，甚至還有費列羅的巧克力，全部免費！關鍵喝完還補！
膠囊咖啡、速溶咖啡都有，茶包兩個品牌一個川寧一個是英國的，另外還有兩包當地產的茶：宜昌毛尖和宜昌紅茶。感覺酒店蠻熱情也蠻大氣的，想把更豐富的東西帶給客人！
健身房泳池沒去看，不知道到底咋樣。
行政廊在45層，中午12點-晚上8點提供小食，這裏的行政廊有點特別，現在很多其他酒店除了happy hour下午茶什麼的很敷衍，這裏下午茶倒是正正經經幾款蛋糕、好幾款餅乾、馬卡龍提供（而且都是酒店自製的，味道很不錯，大部分都不甜）。而且全時段都有6、7種水果提供（其他一些諸如希爾頓凱悦啥啥酒店有三種就算不錯了）。
但是哦，happy hour實在搗糨糊，居然衹提供四種冷肉，熱檔衹有兩個菜：炸雞翅和蔬菜炒雜肉腸，另外一個可頌做的三明治，就沒了！！！而且最奇怪的是我們住的兩晚東西一模一樣！一個菜都不帶變的！！！這真的不行啊，應該要改啊！
早餐是很不錯的，比常規五星好，甚至可以説比某些奢華酒店都要好！鮮榨果汁、地方特色，麪檔提供肥腸、牛肉、熱乾麪等等！有個檔專門製作現做的粥品，放點魚片、蝦仁、皮蛋、肉絲……做出來的粥真的好好吃！
中餐廳看介紹是廣式茶點那種，不是在地美食所以我們沒吃！
服務也非常地棒，特別行政酒廊有個跟我三姑名字很像的姑娘劉彩熱情主動周到，也很細緻！自從我閨蜜手機落在酒廊忘拿，之後每次離開她都會提醒下！我很少給酒店點評打那麼高的分，也就因為行政廊的happy hour供應有點拉垮扣0.5分。哦，還有客房外牆玻璃應該多擦擦，有點臟，影響視野！
酒店很多方面也比較人性化，除了客房裡給足水外，每層樓的電梯區域都有放很多水供自行取用！酒店有近50層，所以每層電梯等候區還設計有供等候時坐的沙發，很有心了！
這次入住體驗下來總體非常滿意，跟十年前來宜昌的感受完全大相徑庭！可以説這個酒店用一己之力扭轉了我之前對宜昌不那麼美好的印象！哈哈，愛上一個城可以是一個酒店！推薦來宜昌的可以來住一下！

Hotel localizado no outro Lado do doc e perto da Praça Wanda, que nos salvou o problema de um táxi para mover-se.Nós levámos a cruz de Chongqing, precisamos ficar UMA noite e Voltámos para Chongqing por ferrovia de alta velocidade no dia seguinte. O Pessoal do hotel é amigável e útil.Temos um veículo de 9 lugares para nos enviar para a estação ferroviária.A Sala de quarto com vista para o rio é espaçosa.A área comum do hotel foi renovada, a marmota de elevador foi polida e corredores com novos tapetes. As cortinas e cadeiras de quarto são Velas de castanho escuro que acho que são velhos projetos, substitui-lo com um brilho Mais leve de beige, tornando-o Mais moderno.O chão do banheiro precisa de polir e abraçar.

Quite a pleasant stay in this hotel. Smooth and quick check-in and out. Easy access to this hotel by MTR Line 4 from Wuhan Railway Station. You can reach the hotel directly by Exit J via B2 carpark. But be noted that it is available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel also offers signature Wuhan delicacies for breakfast. Thanks to Housekeeping team on 50th floor. They took quick action and responded promptly to our request.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

My business trip stay was perfect! The hotel is generally quiet and clean, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. Lulu and James at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful service. The room was spacious with soft lighting, and the housekeeping staff did a meticulous job cleaning. Service was prompt; any requests were quickly addressed after communication. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted light and delicious. It also comes with free parking, which makes commuting easy. This is definitely my top choice for business travel; every detail was well thought out and considerate.

Comecei a minha viagem com a reserva do hotel errado - o mesmo nome, MAS EM UMA Cidade diferente.O hotel aceitou um reembolso completo, embora fosse muito além do período de reembolso. Eu estava grato por isso.
Quando cheguei, o hotel estava centralmente localizado à beira da rua de caminhada cheia de compras e comida boa.O pessoal do hotel estava educado, quente e bem treinado.
Gostaria de mencionar especialmente o Sr. Peter (Poi-Yan) dos serviços de concierge, que, embora fosse apenas um treinador no hotel, foi acima e para além das suas funções para me ajudar a resolver as minhas questões com as minhas entregas locais.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station.
Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked).
The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning.
In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

GGuest UserThe room has a fantastic view, especially at night. There's a mirror directly opposite the window, and when evening comes, it reflects the outdoor scenery beautifully. It's truly stunning. In the evening, the Yijing Corridor had a ball game playing, and the resident singer was not only beautiful but had an even more amazing voice. You could even request songs, which was a huge plus.
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a Manner coffee shop on the first floor, and just down the street, you'll find Tea Color Yuese and several crayfish restaurants, all within about a kilometer. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, on the first morning, while I was still asleep, I was repeatedly woken up by housekeepers knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered something like that.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

GGuest UserOur pet-friendly stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location is superb, right next to K11, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet when you go out. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and other activities.
The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the wide variety of noodle dishes, which you can customize to your liking. Food service was fast and responsive, and everything tasted great – perfect for a tight schedule during a business trip.
The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing stay.
A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and had a fantastic attitude. They upgraded our room and, when we extended our stay, patiently helped us find the most cost-effective option. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly appreciated.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and our dog was just as comfortable as we were. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

CChul H AhnThe facility was clean and the food was good. Most of all, the services by people in the frond desk and cleaning crews were excellent. Especially, Zeng Cen was phenomenal. When a taxi driver charged a fare of 839 Chinese Yuan from Wuhan international airport to the hotel, he explained to the driver why the fare was ridiculously high and made him to reduce to 355 yuan. I really appreciate his willingness to speak up for a foreign customer.

GGuest UserThis hotel left a great impression on me. From the moment I entered the door, Xiaojie and Xiaolin were warmly welcomed. They took the initiative to help these tea services check in. They patiently introduced the hotel facilities, intimately recommended surrounding attractions, the room bedding was soft, and the window was open. Clean and comfortable. Hotel service is good. Every time I pass by the front desk clerk, I will take the initiative to smile and say hello. It feels like home. Check out and hand over mineral water. This kind of service is really rare. I will choose here next time and recommend it to all good friends. The restaurant is rich and varied. It feels good, the beef noodles are very delicious, and you can continue. The only downside is that the hotel equipment and facilities are a bit old.
