We had a wonderful stay at Shuiyunlan Hotel in Wuhan. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and elegance. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were especially impressive, polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and transportation. OI would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan.

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Quite a pleasant stay in this hotel. Smooth and quick check-in and out. Easy access to this hotel by MTR Line 4 from Wuhan Railway Station. You can reach the hotel directly by Exit J via B2 carpark. But be noted that it is available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel also offers signature Wuhan delicacies for breakfast. Thanks to Housekeeping team on 50th floor. They took quick action and responded promptly to our request.

Nice and clean hotel. The best part is that no payment is required to book the hotel. Will stay here again if I ever come to jingzhou.

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The front desk lady sister service is super intimate (Zhai Li, Gaoling), check-in and check-out are very fast, and patiently answer questions. The cleaning aunt cleaned very meticulously, the room was clean and the experience was full! The service is particularly user-friendly, the demand response is super fast, the hygiene control is strict, and the living is assured and comfortable.

Hotel localizado no outro Lado do doc e perto da Praça Wanda, que nos salvou o problema de um táxi para mover-se.Nós levámos a cruz de Chongqing, precisamos ficar UMA noite e Voltámos para Chongqing por ferrovia de alta velocidade no dia seguinte. O Pessoal do hotel é amigável e útil.Temos um veículo de 9 lugares para nos enviar para a estação ferroviária.A Sala de quarto com vista para o rio é espaçosa.A área comum do hotel foi renovada, a marmota de elevador foi polida e corredores com novos tapetes. As cortinas e cadeiras de quarto são Velas de castanho escuro que acho que são velhos projetos, substitui-lo com um brilho Mais leve de beige, tornando-o Mais moderno.O chão do banheiro precisa de polir e abraçar.
