"Excellent location that is just beside the Drum Tower. From the open garden at level 4, you can also get a great birdeye view of the Drum Tower. In the evening, street vendors filled up the areas surrounding the hotel and you will be spoil for choice of food. Reception is very polite and warm, and allowed us to have a 2 hours late checkout before our flight. We were also given a small memento of chrysanthemum tea and peanuts at check out."

"The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right.
The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing.
I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms."

"First off, the location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to Shangheyuan. The room itself was very satisfactory, and perhaps because it was off-season, the price was quite reasonable. There's even a makeup studio right outside the hotel, perfect for getting dolled up before heading out to explore. The breakfast isn't a fancy, high-end spread, but it was absolutely delicious, especially the freshly made scallion pancakes. The auntie serving them was so kind and told us that the flour and oil they use are top-notch, so we could eat without worries. Overall, I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng. I just hope I can still afford it during peak season! Thumbs up! 👍"

"For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good."

This hotel was the best choice for our May Day trip to Luoyang! It's right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to go anywhere. The attentive service was incredibly satisfying! This is truly the 'Pang Dong Lai' (a well-known, high-quality department store) of high-end hotels – the experience was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend all hotels across the country learn from and emulate this one!
First off, they offer free pick-up and drop-off from the station! Even if the driver was temporarily unavailable, the hotel would help arrange a taxi and cover the cost. These little details really won me over!
The room was super spacious, bright, and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was thoughtfully chosen, and you could even select your own pillow to suit different sleeping preferences – I relaxed instantly as soon as I lay down! Although the facilities are a little old, it didn't affect the experience at all. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Any minor flaws were completely negligible.
The breakfast was truly eye-opening, a proper Luoyang food feast! Authentic beef soup was available to our heart's content, and all local specialty snacks were covered. They even had fresh salmon of good quality. It was a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, offering incredible value for money – you could spend hours just enjoying breakfast!
During our stay, we could also order complimentary snacks, pastries, and drinks. They provided warm hospitality and food throughout the day, so we could eat to our heart's content without even leaving the hotel! The staff were gentle and patient, always responsive, and we felt completely pampered throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang! I sincerely recommend it!

The overall experience of this stay was very good. The hotel is located in an independent park, with its own garden and comfortable green environment; convenient parking, adjacent to the high-speed, about half an hour's drive from Yinxu, convenient travel. Attentive service, free three meals, convenient dining. The room is equipped with free drinks, snacks and fruits, and the details are intimate. The overall price is outstanding and suitable for travel.
