"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "The shuttle driver who took us between the airport and hotel was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right beside Ji Hotel. A nearby convenience store made it easy to grab essentials. The staff were warm and helpful, even offering a morning wake-up call for our airport transfer. The highlight of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfortable Family Room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, making our experience smooth and enjoyable from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort and convenience."

"Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Westin thoroughly. It was a breeze checking in and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We have the lounge access and I will suggest to anyone to top up the difference in cost to enjoy the view and cosiness of the lounge and evening cocktail and food. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, greeting u. The amenities were good too, nice beautiful pool and a fully equipped gym that was one of the best i have seen in any hotel around. Thank you for the wonderful experience."

O pequeno-almoço é medíocre, não vale a Pena pagar.A maioria Das opções são carvão com escolhas muito limitadas de qualquer outra coisa.Isso teria sido bom, MAS o próprio alimento também é mau. A piscina está localizada através de um caminho convolvido de portas suspeitas, e seria difícil encontrar por si mesma. Além disso, e um pequeno gimnasio, não há muito mais para oferecer. É também notável que o hotel não ocupa todo o edifício.Metade das instalações é, na verdade, um edifício de escritório, diluindo o prestígio de um Langham ainda mais. O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. Estamos a um passeio muito curto para a Praia de Dadonghai. Foi UMA viagem fantástica, obrigado!"

"I would rate it 20 out of 20, if I could. Really amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. And they all speak english, what is not common in Sanya. The private hotel beach is beautiful, clean with many sunbeds for hotel guests. And you CAN swim in the sea, because before coming here I found some information that you can’t. And the water is clear and warm. So it is in the swimming pool. We’ve also stayed at another hotel at Yalong Bay and it was a complete dissapointment. But fortunately we’ve moved here afterwards, so we’ll have great memories from Sanya. In my opinion you can skip all the rest od the island, just come to Hyatt and you’ll have a memorable stay full of joy!"

The mint-blue swimming pool is perfect for photos, offering both relaxation and healing. It's truly worthy of being a designer's award-winning work; every photo you take here looks amazing. The entire place features smart home facilities, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The butler service is attentive. Breakfast is abundant, and there's also a coffee shop where you can leisurely enjoy a cup. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the lively surroundings, and you can walk to the beach. It's so comfortable to just relax and unwind here."

"Hotel is great and comfortable. Lobby is tastefully decorated and service staff top notch. Special shout out to Shaw for his excellent customer service, being accommodative of our needs and ever attentive. Rooms were large and sound proofing is excellent. Also a shout out to the service staff, Hardy, for the first night stay. He handled all my parcels swiftly and even helped resolve a delivery which had a little issue. Highly recommended, will return to stay at the intercontinental for sure!"

"very comfortable hotel with large rooms and bathroom. location is convenient but the road in from is pretty congested during peak hours. the mall behind the hotel looks deserted. walk to mixc mall took less than 10 mins but you'll need to cross two big roads. TV needs improvement as the control is not responsive. Separately booked hotel breakfast at the counter and it costs 98 RMB for two adults which is very affordable for the decent spread of standard hotel breakfasts. they also had special pillows on request. room also had a nespresso machine though capsules provided were not nespresso branded."
