A única ”glitch” para mim é a espera de meia-morta no elevador devido a muitas deslocações e apressamentos no pequeno-almoço.A escada de fuga de fogo também está fechada para que não pudéssemos descer, então acabamos por levar o elevador para baixo. Mas o pessoal é muito útil, e até acomodaram o nosso tempo de check-out prolongado.

Hotel environment: It has a courtyard design, with flowers and plants everywhere, making it a quiet oasis in the middle of all the action. It offers the warmth of a B&B with the management of a hotel! 3. Room: We chose the 3rd-floor LOFT, which gave the kids their own space. It would have been even more perfect if the view from the balcony was a bit better! The public area on the 2nd floor is also great, you could sit there all afternoon with a coffee or tea. 4. The ancient city offers a variety of snacks, so you can spend a whole day just walking, stopping, eating, and exploring 😁 Everyone can cross中山公园 (Zhongshan Park) to 青年路 (Qingnian Road) for more food! I recommend 锦群饭店 (Jinqun Restaurant); for a Cantonese foodie like me, it's right up my alley – large portions with that 'wok hei' flavor! It has that street-side stall vibe! We ate there two days in a row. Although the rating isn't high, I've included photos, so you can judge for yourselves.

Staying at the Kempinski Xiamen was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel kindly accommodated a late check-out request, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would especially like to commend Gary at the reception desk, who was outstanding: kind, efficient, and highly professional. That said, my check-in experience was somewhat inconsistent, as one staff member was overly rigid and conducted passport checks in a manner of an immigration officer, although I hold a valid residence permit. Following a brief clarification, communication became limited for the remainder of the process. Overall, however, the positive aspects of the stay far outweighed this minor issue.

We had stayed in Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel for 4 nights and then extended for another 2 nights. The Executive Floor rooms are spacious, well maintained and with good views. The many value added services that came with the Executive Room was a very pleasant surprise. These included daily access to the Exec Lounge for high tea and happy hour, one piece of free laundry per day, free mini bar drinks and daily fruit platter (both replenished daily). The service staff stationed on the Executive Floor is efficient, responsive and always ready to greet us with a cheerful smile. The hotel is just next to West Lake and cane be conveniently access via access gate to the broadwalk. Will highly recommend this hotel especially the Executive Rooms.
