We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Langkawi! The view of the marina and sea was beautiful, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Just a small feedback — the door lock in our room wasn’t functioning properly, so it would be great if the hotel could look into that. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d be happy to come back again! 🌴🌅

Fantastic location right next to the beach. the stretch of beach has very few rocks or even pebbles in the sand and the night life isn't too wild. The room had everything I needed. the bed was very comfortably. Staff were very pleasant. I prefer to have no housekeeping, and this request was respected

Booked Malibest Resort for my missus, sister-in-law, and our two little ones for a 3-night break. They paid RM100 deposit for two rooms. They asked for connecting rooms, but due to peak season, the hotel could only offer nearby rooms on the same floor with another guest in between. Staff said we could swap if the middle room became free, but the guest stayed longer, so no luck—but it was fine. The hotel’s right in the heart of Cenang, and with peak season in full swing, it was packed. They hired a car to explore Langkawi, but parking was tricky—no private lot, so had to leave the car on the far side street or at the nearby mall (RM20 overnight). A few times they used Grab instead, which made the car rental feel a bit wasted. Location-wise, it’s spot-on. Loads of duty-free shops, food places, and just steps from the beach. They walked to Underwater World too. The area’s buzzing with tourists, both local and international. Rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was sandy at the bottom—likely from beachgoers jumping in without rinsing. Inside the room, all the basics were covered: towels, shampoo, body wash, a fridge for takeaway, water boiler for coffee, and a telly with YouTube (which the kids loved). Also, it’s close to the airport—so no stress about getting there on time. Overall, a solid stay with great location and helpful staff. A few hiccups, but the family had a lovely time.

Seaview room was superb. Great morning view. Aircond, shower and hot water works well. Pools suitable for kids. Front desk provide good service.

Lovely Stay – Great Value, Super Comfortable and Friendly Staff! 🥰🥰 We stayed here for one night and had such a great experience! We booked the family of four room even though it was just the two of us — we wanted a big bed each, haha — and it was perfect. The beds were king-size and super comfy, so we both slept really well. The room was clean, spacious and very affordable — great value for money. A kettle and tea were provided, which was a nice touch. There weren’t many amenities, though — just a wall-mounted body wash (no separate shampoo or conditioner) — but for the price, it was still excellent. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. We asked for a hair dryer and they brought one right away. There’s also a refillable water station between the rooms with both hot and cold water, which was really convenient. We liked the outdoor seating area too and they kindly ask that smokers sit outside with doors and windows closed — which keeps everything fresh inside. We took a Grab to Tengah Beach in the evening — it was quick and cheap both ways. The only small thing to note is that there aren’t many shops within walking distance, but taxis and Grab rides are very affordable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again! Excellent hotel at very reasonable prices. The room and bathroom are very large. The water dispensers on every floor are really useful. It's two kilometers from the beach, but you can always use Grab or rent a scooter, even to get around the island. Excellent value for money.

This place is definitely a yes for travellers. Jetty is the usual mode of travel do a fancyy, breakfasts are good. We had a movie might during our stat set up just best to the beach, was killer. You can do cycling, there are buggies for internal travel again bit fancyy and you can just chill by the pool with a bar that serves liquor’s and with bar stools that are on the pool itself. Good experience.

Booked sea view room but most of the sea view rooms are heavily obstructed sea views with rooftops. Got room 235, which has less than half beach view. Totally cannot watch the fire show from any window and balcony, because of the useless roof although for one of the nights, the fire show is directly in front of the room. Must request for the top floor for minimal obstructed sea view, which seems like four rooms only. The bottom floor doesn't have a sea view but has direct access to the pool. The sea view room is bigger with a bathtub. Recommended to get breakfast here although it is dull because there aren't any other shops nearby that are open for breakfast. For a cheap island hopping tour, walk to ab motel to get it. Unless you really need the bathtub, feel it's better to get the family room for the price and size, since the sea view is quite unacceptable. Seems on a certain night, they will host a special candle light dinner on the beach for couples with a fire show but did not ask for the price. And saw some special celebration dinner arrangements on the beach.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life this is an amazing place to unwind. They offer a small fenced house which is spacious with patio and large room and a working desk. The internet is super fast in the lobby around 750mb, can be a little slower in the last rooms but on an average internet was super fast. The bathroom is open with curtains but there are doors and locks and high fence for privacy. This bothered some guests when I read reviews but it’s just fine. Facilities are good and service also. There is an honest snack bar for late night snacks and prices are as in regular shops. Breakfast choices are plenty which is quite nice and you can have breakfast next to the beach. Although dinner is also served I didn’t try it but reviews were good. The hotel is next to the beach so it’s refreshing with several sun loungers and beach towels provided.z Overall it was a fantastic stay with calm and quiet atmosphere. If you want to relax this is an ideal place. Grab to the nearest beach and shopping mall is approx 10 RM. Airport is 5 mins away.

It’s such a unique hotel! It’s exactly as what’s shown in the pictures. Super love the quirky decorations. My 2-yr old son were excited to see all the figurines and can’t get over the giant rabbit drinking the juice at the swimming pool. Having the beach at our doorstep was a huge bonus and the pool was also lovely. Staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast spread was so hearty and delicious. It’s definitely a hotel that we will go back to again and again!
