"Foi fácil e direto, com instruções sobre como fazer o check-in e o check-out. A limpeza da unidade era consideravelmente limpa, embora houvesse um pouco de poeira no chão, o que eu acho que eles poderiam ter entrado pela fresta inferior da porta principal. A casa de família tem todas as comodidades que poderíamos desejar. O supermercado Aeon, a farmácia e os restaurantes ficam a poucos passos da casa de família, muito conveniente para nos locomovermos. O nível de segurança da casa de família é muito bom para proteger os residentes, impedir o acesso não autorizado e garantir um ambiente de vida seguro. Podemos ver os seguranças patrulhando todas as áreas, com atenção e medidas de segurança. Isso nos faz sentir mais seguros durante a nossa estadia. Dou nota 9/10 para a nossa estadia, menos 1 ponto foi por causa do pequeno desgaste, como uma placa lascada, porta de correr com fechadura quebrada na varanda e papel de parede descascando. 8/10 para as comodidades do condomínio, menos 2 pontos foi porque na piscina infantil foi encontrado papel higiênico encharcado dentro da piscina e pontas de cigarro na escada da piscina. Acho nojento, anti-higiênico e desconfortável deixar meu filho brincar lá. No geral, tivemos uma estadia agradável e aconchegante lá e voltaremos novamente."

"Não consegui tirar muitas fotos, mas a estadia não era muito boa. A localização está perto da auto-estrada e é bastante barulhento no meio da noite. Não tivemos realmente um bom sono. A porta de banho estava mal. O champô de cabelo e a sabão corporal fizeram com que a pele se sintasse comichão, parecia sabão de mão.Não havia canais locais para ver, apenas a partir de plataformas de streaming.A cama estava engolida e as cobertores eram demasiado suaves.As folhas de cama também tinham algumas velhas peças. O serviço de cliente era muito responsivo e útil, por isso está tudo bem. Eu não recomendaria ficar Nesta sala. Talvez OS pisos Mais elevados sejam melhores."

"Great and comfortable stay with a fabulous sea view. All great with prompt service via WhatsApp, spacious, clean, except that the toilets have bad sewage smell, and it’s abit cumbersome with the QR code on the glass door to the building, and sensitive key pad for main door code. Luckily response was quick enough to settle all issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book again for big groups in future again."

"A lovely and comfortable place, with easy access to the pool. One power outlet was broken and unusable, and we had to adjust the induction cooker every time we wanted to cook. A new electric kettle was promptly delivered after we reported it was missing."

"I was looking for a quiet, serene place in Malaysia. I even consider Cameron Highlands, but was put down due to long travelling time. When my friend recommended Forest City, I straight away book it. The staff is responsive and quick to respond whenever I needed a buggy or have a question. The only down side is that the gym is too far from where I stay."

"Service and responds were perfect. They got an extra miles to assist on changing my room jus to fulfill my wish/expectations. They do not hesitate to provide these extras service, totally willingly untill to a point I felt bad myself hehe. The room was very nicely decored and facing the sunset was an awesome view. 1 of the best staycation I had in JB so far, fantastically satisfied and no regrets on this apartment I decided to stay with. My family were enjoying perfectly as well. One thingy, would suggest the owner to provide with more floor cloth as the bath tub is inside master room. They have a very nicely decored later room with a tub inside facing the sea view, simply awesome! I will come back to stay with this apartment, next round I am going to try out with other themes ( all of them looks interestingly nice to spend the nites). Really felt the owner had a thoughtful heart and ideas to make our stay an unforgettable one, appreciated and a million thanks!!!! You shall definitely hear from me again real soon.🙏🙏😉"

"Service was very good, friendly and helpful front desk/reservation office. I had a request as it was my son's actual birthday on the date we checked in and the hotel kindly arranged for a complimentary slice of cake. The hotel itself is a bit dated but rooms were clean and spacious. We had 2 smoking rooms on the 13th floor which had a nice view. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable and the fridge did cool our drinks. Usual toiletries were provided, no hand towels though. Water pressure was alright but you may need to request for a bathtub stopper (if needed) as this was missing from both our rooms. TV channels were a bit spotty, in one room all movie channels were grainy and in the other room it was actually worse, could only see a few local channels. Wi-fi signal was strong. Power points were far from bedside which is to me a major drawback as I could not charge my devices conveniently next to the bed. In one room, one of the power points did not work and we had to use the kettle power point as the other was underneath the vanity table. We didn't bother to call maintenance as we were only there for one night. Location was good, it's not in the city itself but not very far, maybe 10-15 mins by Grab. There's quite a few food outlets nearby if you're willing to walk out of the property. It's also attached to a mall but I think the duty free outlet was being renovated. We didn't really walk around the mall so can't comment. Seems a bit limited though. There's a 7-11 downstairs at the hotel itself for any snack emergencies. Lots of clubs and nightlife immediately outside the hotel but it didn't really interfere with hotel guests so that's fine. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but wasn't terrible. There was no live egg station which is always a disappointment as the pre-prepared eggs became rather dry and unappealing. I saw bread and butter pudding tag which I thought was a nice, however it was not replenished while I was there so couldn't try. Overall, I guess it's alright for the price point."

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Lotus Desaru Beach Resort. The room was spacious, the beach was clean, and the facilities were enjoyable. The staff provided good service throughout our stay. The only thing that could be improved is that some parts of the resort look a little dated, but everything was clean and well maintained. Still a great place for a relaxing getaway.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, Johor Bahru So far, memang very pleasant stay here! 😍 Baru check-in untuk 1 malam, first impression memang sangat good. Lobby besar, spacious & the environment is really nice and welcoming. ✨ Paling surprise, bilik yang kami dapat sangat luas walaupun ambil Queen Room biasa. Tak sangka spacious macam ni 😍 Siap ada bathtub lagi! Memang selesa untuk rest after a long day. Breakfast pun sedap! Banyak pilihan dan masakan dia memang kena dengan tekak. Paling best, rendang ayam! 🤤❤️ Sampai suami pun puji. Overall, kami memang happy dengan stay kali ni. Service okay, room selesa & environment pun best. Actually suami dah plan nak extend another night 😂 Kalau ada special rate / discount untuk extend 1 malam lagi, memang lagi best! 🙈✨ Thank you Berjaya Waterfront Hotel for the pleasant stay. Definitely will consider coming back again! ❤️

First i want to review on booking experience. I was so pissed off with Trip.com booking. I entered 3 adults upon search & result showed an option of 3 occupancy room with full-board package for 2 adult. There is option for full-board 3 adults however since the first option was cheaper i was thinking to arrange my own for the additional 1 adult boat transfer & not require the meal package. It was shocking that when i reached the check in office it is mandatory to pay for the 3rd adult boat n meal package to the resort. My question here WHY trip.com put the option for 2 adult knowing the resort does not allow the 3rd person to check in??? This is a scammm for me because i entered 3 adults requirement at the first place for the booking. Both resort & trip.com are not synchronise with the information. Now going to resort stay experience: The resort staff were all great & the service was also on point. However, the condition of the resort was so below my expectation. I paid RM 700+ per night & i don’t feel worth it. Everything was super outdated & worn off. Especially the bathroom. The floors were cracked open & was swarming with bugs & insects & some people might get allergic to them. The bedroom is self was okay & comfy. Also food-wise, they served a lot of seafood & didn’t ask if anyone was allergic or not which one of us is. For RM 700 per night i expected it is included some activities we could do at the resort however it was disappointing that everything was chargeable whereas they are non-motorised & doesn’t even use resource / maintenance such as kayak & snorkel gear. The only nice thing at the resort was staff friendliness & the food taste.
