Big and clean rooms. Good value. This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside. We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed. Shower jets were strong and good. Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings. They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels. Service staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay overall.

A localização é boa e fácil de encontrar Na Cidade antiga e TEM UMA visão incondicional do Lago Erhai. O café Da tarde, enquanto esperava o pôr-do-sol, era óptimo.O pequeno-almoço era excelente com muitas opções.O serviço do Pessoal era bom, especialmente quando pedimos recomendações para jantar. Não é UMA queixa, MAS não é um fã do layout /design de banheira e banheira. Não é Muito conveniente Na minha experiência. Também fiz UMA Pedido especial antes Da chegada e eles me pedem para Pagar por isso 👎. Não o vou deixar contra o hotel, porque é um pedido, mas espero que eles sejam mais acomodados.

The location of the inn was in one of the alleys facing Erhai and they contacted us to connect with them using wechat so they could transport our luggages to the hotel from the nearest parking lot. They also gave a complimentary photography session of 30mins and 5 free photos. Teabreak of fruits and drinks also provided and have a ‘butler’ to attend to you. Would have given a higher review if the service rendered the next day was consistent with day 1. Day 2 during breakfast, no one greeted us. There was a staff at the counter preparing drinks but didn’t even make any attempt to have eye contact. We ordered breakfast from kitchen staff and overheard from another table even though they were asked if they have any allergies or food that they don’t take, staff never passed the message to kitchen. No one came to offer any coffee or tea. While in the room doing last minute packing, the cleaners knocked on the door a few times as if trying to rush you . When I opened the door there were 3 cleaners outside the room waiting but they told me knocked on the wrong room! Disappointed with the service’!

面朝洱海 彩虹常相伴 一次非常驚喜的入住體驗，必須認真來寫個好評！整體環境乾淨整潔，裝修風格很大氣，房間面積也很滿意。最值得誇的是地理位置，出門就是景點/商圈，打車吃飯都特別方便。工作人員服務特別周到，從入住到退房都很熱情，甚至還幫忙提了行李，細節感拉滿。床品超級舒服，睡得特別香，下次有機會還會再來住！

設施超全乎👍，啥都有還特新，逛起來超爽！衞生也槓槓滴🧹，乾淨得沒話説，強迫症都被治癒了。環境那叫一個絕🌳，綠植多空氣好，購物像在度假。服務更是沒挑的👏，店員熱情又貼心，有啥問題立馬解決，愛了愛了，必須常來！

Stayed at this hotel in Dali and had a wonderful experience. The location is very strategic, right inside Shuanglang Ancient Town. Although it’s a bit tucked into a small alley, it’s actually part of the charm. The best part is the view — the hotel sits right by Erhai Lake, offering absolutely stunning scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Service was exceptional — the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They even assisted us with carrying all our luggage in and out of the pedestrian area, which made everything much easier. Overall, a highly recommended stay if you’re looking for a scenic and comfortable experience in Dali.

Up-scale Chinese-style hotel in beautiful grounds by the lake. The rooms in Building A are large and new but with some old-fashioned charm. The building itself has a slightly strange lay-out that somehow lacks warmth or character with most rooms facing inwards overlooking internal fish ponds . Breakfast is decent but no Western options. Not enough hot springs to get away from the crowds, even on a wet Monday.

Every stay at Erhai Zhixin is incredibly refreshing. It's conveniently located, surrounded by lush greenery, and filled with the sounds of birds and the scent of flowers. The entire property is smart-enabled, and the rooms are bright, spotless, and impeccably clean. Lying in bed, you get a panoramic view of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, which truly broadens your mind and helps you clear your thoughts. The owner is warm and hospitable, and the service is exceptional. I'll never forget how delicious the 'small pot er'si' was. You can also slow down, enjoy a coffee, and listen to some music – all your fatigue and worries just melt away.

Nice hotel.. but main entrance hard to find. Currently back yard under construction. Hotel is next to the lake and it is comfortable to sit next to the lake at night for a drink. Hotel is also near to old town. There is a singer at night which will stop singing at 10pm but it is comfortable entertainment. Room is nice and comfortable... the owner and staffs are all very friendly and feel welcome during stay. Only issue my friend room air conditioning not functioning and wasn't able to settle same day as too late... poor friend stay on his tatami which he thinks is ok.. overall stay happy stay here.

It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!
