5 minutes walk from the nearest car park and centrally located in the old town this hotel is sympathetically restored in an old convent. The room was a good size with espresso machine, towelling robes and quality toiletries. Reception staff were helpful and the gym although small had the necessary equipment. The buffet breakfast was superb, catering to all dietary requirements.

Very very beautiful hotel, the hotel is large in size, located in the center of the ancient city, completely a modern castle after the change. Plus 40 Euro upgrade to the best room in the hotel, about 100 square meters, the various facilities in the room are very intimate and modern. Next to the hotel is a Michelin two-star restaurant. The 165 Euro one-person package has a total of 16 dishes and tastes great. The hotel has a garden restaurant, orange trees, grass surrounds, very beautiful.

Hotel service is very good and very friendly. Limited by the tight ticket of the last city, we took the night bus to arrive here. When we arrived at the hotel, it was 6 o'clock in the morning. The front desk friendly early check-in allowed us to rest in the room. It was a particularly good experience to encounter such a service during the trip. The hotel is integrated with the ancient church, very special, breakfast is rich, the beds are clean, everything is perfect and impeccable. If there is another trip, you must choose this hotel.

The hotel is very new, the decoration style is both classical and stylish, located in an old house in the local area, just on the edge of the old town, it is very convenient to walk. It is not enough for the surrounding commercial atmosphere, there is no state-owned castle hotel and NH hotel chain on the other side of the old city. The room accommodation is also good, very comfortable, there is a mini balcony, you can open the glass door to breathe. The only regret is that the hotel breakfast is expensive and the price is not high, because the variety of ingredients is not rich enough and the service efficiency needs to be improved. It feels that the new hotel and the new team need time to run. The facilities need to be improved. I originally planned to stay for three days and handed over the coat to the hotel to wash. The result was told that the washing machine was broken!

Well located hotel, very good buffet breakfast but the welcome was not great, no smile, no explanations, hotel chosen because swimming pool and swimming pool closed. A bit disappointing compared to the 4 stars and the price!

The hotel is beyond imagination, it should be a historical protected building, just next to the town center square, the surrounding attractions can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Staying on the weekend, was very pleasantly surprised by our arrival, the front desk was very warm and friendly. Afternoon tea, bar and breakfast are very rich and worth recommending.
