Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs.
Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef.
All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory.
I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

Você Precisa de um carro para transportar, porque OS táxis não são fácil de chegar SEM a ajuda do hotel.O táxi Precisa vir de 22 KM mais longe de Bursa.As quartos de hotel são inspotáveis, limpos e espaçosos com luxo de cama. Otelin konumu biraz yokuşlu ve otobana yakın, kendi otoparkı yok ama cadde sakin olduğu için sorun olmadı. Otelin içi ve dizaynı çok hoştu sıcacık bir atmosferi var. Biz spayı kullanmadık ama odaları temiz düzenli ve genişti. Ferah bir tasarımı ve kolaylıkları var. Sadece bir yastıkta beyaz lekeler vardı onu kullanmak istemedik. Onun dışında kettle poşet çaylar, su ve granül kahve odamızda bulunuyordu. Sabunları ve tuvaletteki küçük eşyaları çok tatlı düşünülmüş kesinlikle tekrar gelirim. Kahvaltısı tek tip ama yeterliydi

Very neat hotel the location is excellent only driving to it is a problem. Not centrally located. Staff is friendly except the reception staff. Apparently feels above the rest. Please note that the rooms are not cleaned as standard. Exceptionally you have to ask the reception specifically. Success ! Breakfast is very well taken care of staff member Saban. By the way, the owner Ramazan helps personally in the restaurant. It is not noticeable but very special. Pretty man who takes a modest attitude. The pool is small, it's affordable we had a suite for 90 euros per night. The suite really has a top view and is worth the money.

Preferimos uma ronda de Bolsa de Dia, mas como um hotel local, não está a uma distância de caminhar diretamente para áreas turísticas, mas é muito próximo do carro, para não haver ruído, assim que entendemos que era o lugar certo, um lugar tranquilo, desde a localização. Os trabalhadores gostam de ajuda, o pequeno-almoço aberto é suficiente, é bom para se sentar e descansar no porão.
A sala onde ficamos era útil e limpa. Se colocar uma pequena corda na casa de banho para colocar uma peça de dentes sobre o copo, é melhor. E quando fechar e abrir as janelas, as cortinas ficam um pouco difíceis, porque estão muito perto das janelas.
Quando penso em uma nova viagem de bolsa, é um ponto que eu preferiria.

Belo hotel, Muito tranquilo, Mesmo que esteja EM UMA Estrada ocupada.Todos OS funcionários foram amigáveis e úteis.O hotel TEM Alta segurança, então nenhum estranho e táxi podem passar SEM permissão. O pequeno-almoço foi a única desilusão para mim, porque esperava muito mais variedade, como alguns dos Hilton's que eu fiquei com. Eu ainda ficaria aqui para ter certeza.

AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense.
The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night.
Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious.
The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience.
Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa.

GGuest UserOur stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation.
The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience.
The location is also perfect, especially during winter, with direct access to ski slopes, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities.

OOnasabrFirst visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient. Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):
Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han.
The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk.
We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.
Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.
Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel
when visiting Bursa.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

PPeter Leblanc5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

DDelle NikaI enjoyed my stay at the Le Luxe Suite Hotel. The price matches the quality, and overall everything was quite good. It can be a bit noisy since the hotel is very close to the main road, but the bed is extremely comfortable — and for me, that’s what matters most.
The staff are truly wonderful, warm and helpful, the kind of team that makes you want to come back again.

GGuest UserVery average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in.
I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?
The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

GGuest UserI stayed in Kadikonagi with my parents. It is the house of a judge from the Ottoman Empire. It is currently used as a hotel. Very special to stay in such a building. One of the sights in Bursa is just a stone's throw away. The staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel!
