Hotel is very close to train station but quite far from the city. There are buses from the train ststion to the mountain resort. The room is very clean and with high tech facilities.Robot to deliver requests to the room. With the room rate charged it's very good value.

I want to have donkey meat. The location is in between braiding east railway station and central city. You can take bus or taxi. The service is good, and the room is clean and okay.

酒店位置很好找，在萬象城商場後面寫字樓，來了給升級了房間，這家酒店簡直超出我的預期！空間寬敞裝修精緻，新中式的風格古香古色，設施一應俱全，床上用品柔軟舒適乾淨整潔，每天都有服務員打掃衞生，房間洗手池打掃的也很乾凈，房間設施齊全有電視還能投屏，乾濕分離的洗澡間和廁所，還配了空氣凈化器，房間還有茶桌和茶椅，無論是遊玩還是出差都很適合，前台是24小時的，服務態度很好很熱情，酒店整體氛圍棒極了

GGuest UserAfter checking in, every detail in the room was fantastic. The bed linen was pristine white, and the room was bright, well-lit, and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room and helped with my luggage. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. The 'Xiaodu' smart assistant was incredibly responsive. I felt right at home. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation and highly recommended – excellent value for money!

GGuest UserUsing the National Day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, I went to Shijiazhuang, the last provincial capital city I hadn't been to, and chose this hotel and stayed for three nights. This hotel is in a moderate location, convenient to find food around, and close to the subway station; the room is clean and tidy, dry and wet separation, and comfortable to live!

GGuest UserThe self-check-in was fully automated, and it was right next to the ski slope, though that didn't really matter. The room was super well-equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, and various kitchen utensils. There was even an oven, but I couldn't figure out how to use it. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was alright for a short stay. It's really convenient to stay here if you're skiing at Genting, but getting to Wanlong from here is quite a detour.

GGuest UserOur stay at Shanhai Premium Guesthouse was an incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating experience! The mountain surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, with fresh crisp air that immediately washed away all our city stress. The room was cozy and well-designed, featuring traditional Chinese elements blended with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect for exploring the Wuling Mountain area, and we loved waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the misty mountain views every morning. The hiking trails nearby were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the landscape. Although it was a bit remote, that was exactly what we were looking for - a true escape from urban life. The local breakfast was delicious and featured fresh, organic ingredients from the area. We particularly enjoyed the evening stargazing, as the night sky was crystal clear away from city lights. This place is absolutely perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or anyone looking to reconnect with nature. We would definitely recommend this hidden gem to all our friends and family, and we plan to return again in the different seasons to experience the changing beauty of the mountains. LLuquanliuruThis is absolutely a hidden gem! I was driving from Jinan to Datong, planning a two-day trip, and decided to stop in Laiyuan for a rest. I never expected to find such a beautiful courtyard; I didn't want to go back inside while strolling around. The owners, a husband and wife, were incredibly welcoming and patient, and they had a whole yard full of flowers and plants, including a century-old peony. They even bought some local specialties for breakfast, which was delicious and very satisfying. In the evening, I watched the large-scale light show with iron flower fireworks and water jetpack performances at Laiyuan Lake, along with a band performance. I didn't feel tired even after playing until 10 pm. It was even more fun than a planned trip! I regret not taking more photos of the guesthouse; it was very clean. I would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night at Jinshanling Hanting B&B, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the Great Wall. It’s the perfect spot to catch both sunrise and sunset; the wall opened at 5 a.m. when we visited in early November. Breakfast was included, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely recommend staying overnight for the better light and calmer atmosphere instead of doing a day trip. There’s also a great café nearby. To find the place: walk to the entrance gate, turn right, and it’s on the right side after about 30–50 meters.

GGuest UserWe hiked the Great Wall of China from Gubeikou to Jinshanling and chose this hotel to rest after the day. The accommodation is ideally located, right next to the entrance gate to the Wall. The host was very welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the beautiful photos you see of his establishment were taken by the host himself! Since we were there during the off-season and most shops were closed, the host offered to cook dinner and breakfast for us. He is a delicious cook. He also offers taxi services and was able to take us to Gubeikou train station the next morning for our return trip to Beijing. We are extremely grateful for this wonderful stay in Jinshanling and would gladly return!

GGuest UserStayed here for my hike from jinshanling to gubeikou. The location itself is great for visiting this section of the great wall. With just a short hike up the street you will reach the ticket office. Alternatively a driver could also be arranged.
After arriving the host immediately welcomed me. He also speaks english and was very helpful in planning my hike and sunrise photography. Overall a really nice and welcoming service.
The room itself was very modern and comfortable. Nothing really to complain about.
A huge plus was also the restaurant next door. Really great food with local ingredients.

BBig FheezohI'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂
I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!
