SEMUA OKAY. Cuma kawasan hotel yg tak banyak lampu, agak bahaya terutamanya untuk wanita. Sangat puas hati, pengurus hotel yg mudah cara. Terimakasih

Gostei da localização, longe da agitação de Pantai Cenang. É tranquilo e pacífico. A localização também é estratégica, a 30 minutos da cidade de Kuah à direita e a 10 minutos de Pantai Cenang à esquerda. O interior é agradável e oferece muitas comodidades (escova de dentes, touca de banho, absorvente higiênico, sabonete, xampu, ferro de passar roupa, chinelos, cofre, frigobar e chaleira). O quarto é pequeno, mas ainda tem espaço para orar. No geral, é um quarto aconchegante para nós e nosso filho de 2 anos. Pedimos serviço de quarto e o frango ao buttermilk (apimentado) estava delicioso! O frango estava crocante e o molho de buttermilk era picante na medida certa e saboroso. A piscina não é muito grande, mas nos divertimos bastante. Só não tinha ventilador (tipo jacuzzi) para manter a água circulando. Os funcionários são simpáticos e muito prestativos. Gostamos muito daqui!

Excellent hotel at a very low price. There is everything you need. The room has a refrigerator, TV, comfortable large bed, air conditioning! At the exit from the hotel there is a dispenser, there is an ironing board with an iron and a microwave oven! Registration at the hotel is electronic, remote, you do not need to leave any deposit! The only small drawback is the location of the hotel. It is some distance from shops and attractions! But if you have a car or scooter, for you this will not be a problem! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially suitable for a quiet family holiday near nature!

The location really nice and near to all the main visited point. The staff is helpful and nice. The room is small but it is good. I found 2 single room but come with different, the corner one is bigger and have washing area but middle room is smaller and do not have it.

I’d rate this hotel 4 out of 5 overall. The room wasn’t perfectly clean, but it was good for the price.The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. Check-in and especially check-out were a bit annoying due to the wait. The waterpark is excellent and the kids absolutely loved it. The restaurant was good, with reasonably priced food and a great sunset view. Breakfast was the weakest point, with limited options like eggs, bread, and noodles.

Great location for seeing the sights. Modern hotel with room comfortable but a bit tired in places e.g stained shower tiles. However good value for money. The food in the restaurant was tasty but we had to ask for it to be heated up. Breakfast had a reasonable selection for westerners. Staff very helpful.

Urban inn is my go to inn when im in town, but in recent years seems like the maintenance is getting worse! My room water heater is spoilt with some sound buzzing from the water heater! Turn it off and i didn even complain on the spot cause im just tired and went to sleep after my cold shower! Before checking out i did point out the problem with the receptionist

I've stayed here several times. It's a nice boutique hotel with basic amenities including a hairdryer. There's no mineral water in the room but there's Coway water purifier outside. Iron and ironing board are also provided outside the room.

The room was seriously spacious, and the hotel has a strategic location right near Kuah Town which was good for what we needed. We got a king-size bed, and I loved that the room even came with a Jacuzzi and a dedicated little working area. Now, a big heads up: If you're a beach lover, this isn't your spot. This hotel is right in the town center. Think easy access to Dataran Helang (Eagle Square), malls, shops, and places to eat. It's great for exploring the town, but you'll have to travel to get your toes in the sand, Cenang will be the best place. On a side note, I actually felt a bit bad for the staff when we checked in. The woman on duty seemed to be doing absolutely everything by herself, covering the check-in desk and handling housekeeping duties. The hotel really needs to hire more people to help them out; she was working incredibly hard!

Recepção com um sorriso. A localização era ótima, perto, pode-se passear (caminhar) ao longo da praia de Cenang e assistir a um show de fogo à noite. O café da manhã também foi delicioso, embora servissem apenas 2 a 3 pratos principais. Tenha coway em cada nível para obter água fria e quente. Reservei 2 quartos, 1 quarto não tem ferro. Artigos de higiene pessoal fornecidos.Apenas pasta de dentes e escova de dentes não, mas você pode comprar no térreo ou no minimercado ao longo da estrada. Estacionamento gratuito na parte de trás do hotel, um pouco longe - um incômodo se você trouxer crianças ou idosos e coisas assim. No geral, boa estadia.
