overall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable. Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable. Communication: Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother. Rooftop Area: On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall: A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.

The rooms are not just small; they are MICROSCOPIC! I chose this hotel because in your Trip.com www-site is presented as *** 3 stars hotel. Once there, and surprised by the microscopic size of the rooms, I came down to check the stars rating at the entrance: JUST 1 STAR UNDER THE HOTEL'S NAME! I asked for explanations at the front desk and was told the hotel was initially a HOSTAL, has recently been upgraded and retro-fitted and they are awaiting to have its rating elevated from 1 to 3 stars. This is false advertising and your www site could be sued for it. The location of the hotel/hostal is good. It is clean. But there is definitely inaccurate advertising in your www site. I will not trust it again. Thank you.

Como sempre, foi um sucesso escolher este hotel para as nossas escapadelas a esta cidade maravilhosa, cheia de boa gente, boa comida e as melhores praias, Sierra, Andevalo e Cuenca Minera... e a sua luz. Graças aos colaboradores e sua atenção, ficar aqui é sempre um prazer.

Fantastic apartment. Not large, but everything you need. And the view is spectacular and it's great to come back in the afternoon and relax by the swimming pool. They don't clean your apartment and don't refill the coffee, dishwasher tablets, etc. But there is a supermarket next door with everything you need.

鉄道の駅からは10分ほど歩きます。広くて平坦な歩きやすい道です。ホテルの目の前にバス停があります。カテドラルやアルカサルがある繁華街に近いですがホテルのある場所は夜も静かです。暗い部屋だと言う口コミを見ていたので覚悟していましたが、全**のようなことはなく、明るい部屋でした。明るい・暗いは部屋によるのだと思います。スタッフの方の対応は素晴らしく、ホテル代も他と比べて安価です。朝ご飯は7時半からです。7時からだと更に良かったです。メニューには満足しましたが、コーヒーがあまり美味しくなかったのが残念です。

В самом сердце города, но в тихом уголке. Всё новое, чистое, приятно отдыхать после всех походов по городу. Очень мне всё понравилось, спасибо!

離主街 大教堂很近 去阿爾罕布拉宮坐公交很快就能到。附近也有很多餐廳。 雖説下午三點才能入住 下雨天實在不想在外呆著 兩點多我就去酒店辦理入住手續 啥也沒説 就給了一個超大的鑰匙。住在靠近走廊的天井屋 整體還行 不是很吵 唯二不好的地方是廁所給的垃圾桶是壞的 抽紙盒也是壞的 不影響使用。床鋪的枕頭套兩側是沒有被套住的 看着有點臟。

Прекрасный отель. Все на высшем уровне, чистота, сервис, работа персонала, фантастический завтрак (он стоит своих денег). На крыше бассейн.

It was comfortable in a beautiful and large room. Good access from the port and convenient for those who go to Morocco. It was a late check-in, but I was saved by replying immediately after the message.
