"Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning.
There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store.
I really liked the 2 paintings in the room.
I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station."

"喜歡桔子酒店的裝修 很温馨 很時尚 也很乾凈 到酒店門口 門口的大爺 不知道是不是保安 反正就是很熱情 幫忙找合適的停車位 幫我們拿行李幫我們開門 酒店大堂在連鎖酒店裡看起來算大的了 還有獨立的空間 酒店給我們免費升級了房型 住的也挺舒服 房間很暖和 加濕器都有配備 早餐這方面的話 種類雖然不算特別多 但也夠吃 唯一想提個小小意見 烤麪包那邊能否配個小黃油塊 衹有草莓醬和藍莓醬 個人覺得實在太甜了 還是黃油和烤麪包最搭了 咖啡很好喝 用餐環境也不錯"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment was great, the facilities were new, and it was very clean, making me feel safe and secure. The location is excellent; restaurants and shopping malls are right outside, making dining and shopping convenient. There's also a gas station nearby, making it especially convenient for those driving. The service was also very attentive. Overall, it's great value for money and I would definitely stay here again."

KKarina_kkThe location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

The staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good. A nice auntie server is nice and attentive. We are able to use the microwave to heat food we buy. There is free tea at the reception.
The morning market is a must visit which is walkable. Must ask along the way as is behind housing estate, not visible along the road.

It has just opened, everything is brand new and vibrant. The intelligent control is super powerful, the lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, and a comfortable atmosphere can be created with just a touch of your finger. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are brand new, so it is super safe to live in.
The hotel gym is fully equipped to meet different fitness needs, and there is no pressure after exercise.
Breakfast is a highlight, with rich variety and great taste, which can start a full day.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time.
This stay experience is great, and I will choose here again when I come to Xining in the future! Highly recommended to everyone!

My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night.
Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair.
We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)

The front desk area was spotless, and the counter I touched during check-in had no dust whatsoever. In the room, I found the sheets and pillows perfectly neat and clean. Common items like the mouthwash cups and electric kettle were all sealed. The hallway had noise-reducing carpets, so I couldn't hear any disturbing sounds. The overall environment made me feel very secure.

When traveling, my requirements for hotels are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This hotel made me feel incredibly warm and attentive in every detail, from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue.
The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere.
When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home.
The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. A stay here is guaranteed to be a safe and comfortable experience!

GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

This was my second stay at the Yushu Four Seasons Hotel in two days. The experience was truly wonderful and I have to give it a thumbs up!
First, let me highlight the service. The staff were incredibly responsive, always available for any requests, and their friendly and welcoming attitude made it feel incredibly comfortable.
The room was impeccable—clean and tidy, making for a truly comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the oxygen concentrator. The oxygen supply was plentiful, which is crucial in a place like Yushu, completely eliminating any worries.
This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Yushu!
