"Eu reservei pela Trip um quarto com vista para a Catarata. Qdo cheguei no check in, o atendente informou q o meu quarto não era com vista, após alguma discussão e como havia um quarto com vista disponível, o atendente por GENTILEZA, me atendeu. A Trip não havia reservado um quarto com vista para catarata como pago."

"O hotel precisa de UMA Grande melhoria.A sala TEM móveis velhos e tecidos de cor, e a água TEM que correr pelo Menos vinte minutos antes de obter água quente.  A lista é longa, mas o pior de tudo é $25 dólares de estacionamento por dia que você cobra no topo do Aqui, por três dias, VI estacionamento tão baixo Como $5 por dia.Nunca vou voltar e recomendar este Lugar a nenhum dos MEUS amigos."

"Não gostei do estacionamento de US$ 45. Se você ficar aqui, o estacionamento do vizinho custa apenas US $ 15 e é coberto em vez de aberto à atmosfera. Mais uma taxa adicional de 30 dólares. O que parecia um negócio era mais caro do que outros hotéis"

"Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them."

"It was very nice and new! Very quick check in. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean, great TV selection. New modern bathroom. Great breakfast and frendly staff. Great price too. Highly recommended!!"

"My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum."

"Fast and friendly check in. For those that drive there are indoor and outdoor parking spots at the same cost which is an added bonus. Breakfast was far more than I expected and they even have little take away baggies you can grab if you plan to be out and about all day. They had juice, cookies, and snacks for your travels. I was very happy with my stay."
