The apartment enjoys a washing machine and airer for your convenience.Liquid hand soap is provided, together with toilet paper for the first few nights. Cleaning sprays for the apartment are available for you to use, should you wish. They are stored in one of the kitchen cabinets. Air conditioning/heating units are installed in the living room and bedroom. There is no additional charge for electricity therefore a/c and heating is provided on a fair use policy.
