The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. They initially suggested that we had booked this kind of room for purpose, according to them because there were no more vacancies, they only changed their position when I presented the booking evidence, they were not aware of what they said, transferring the guilt to Trip.com . This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.

The hotel is located in front of the beach, near the Passarela do Carangejo, the excellent swimming pool, excellent decoration at the entrance with sofa and balancing chairs, the rooms style a village, but the room infrastructure left a lot to desire. The bed looked like a boat, because there were higher and lower parts, the floor of the incarded bathroom, the towels looked so harsh waste, the wood of the degraded doors, the last day rained so much that it wet part of the room through the window. The breakfast was tasty, but I found it with little variety.The excellent service of all staff and the receptionist. I think that because it is a 5-year-old hotel and because it has a poor care, it could have more maintenance, we know about the depletion because it is a beach because of the salithre, but it has things that I see are not justified.

Hotel Velho e sem manutenção, quartos de tamanho bom, porém com aparência de sujos e mal conservados, café da manhã ok, porém sem muita variedade, principalmente se vc fica mais de 3 dias. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. Ótima localização, perto de tudo! Não me hospedaria novamente.

Recepcionista bem atencioso, com bom atendimento. Bom café e boa diversidade. O ponto negativo, no meu caso, foi a descarga que não estava funcionando bem e mofo nos azulejos do Box do banheiro. Fora isso, foi uma boa experiência.

Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável. Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.
