Paying £25 a night, I craftily think and expect next to nothing these days! However, Tirana never fails to give blooming Good value even though basic stuff is broken or missing ! Clean comfortable bed and efficient air con are essential and indeed they were.
The bathroom a bit disappointing with the usual ‘screws missing out of the shower head causing grief to keep the ‘hot’ water falling in one place!
The strangest smell emanating from the shower drain disappearing with water flow!
Clean toilet and supplied quality soap!
No safety rails on precarious stairs to level two, no receptionist in the two days , however informative notes on Wifi (v good) and entry!

酒店位置非常好，門口就是地拉那的清真寺和阿爾巴尼亞的國旗廣場，步行就能到市中心主要景點。房間整體乾淨整潔，設施齊全。需要注意的是，酒店不提供被子，櫃子裏有毯子，如果不夠可以去前台再要一條。
我住的是單人房，位於半地下層，旁邊有儲水箱，晚上隔音稍微有點差，能聽到一點聲音。早餐簡單但味道不錯。酒店總體來説性價比很高，適合獨自旅行的朋友。

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.

Hôtel familial très propre et accueillant arrivé tardivement a 3h00 du matin aucun problème pour l'accueil, juste un peu loin du centre ville de Tirana 30 min en voiture, je recommande fortement.

Super preço-benefício. O recepcionista mostrou-nos um restaurante quando chegamos tarde e ainda estavam com fome e pediu-nos um táxi barato para o aeroporto.
O quarto estava em estado novo e tudo estava limpo mesmo com champô/gel de chuveiro.
A única falta foi a situação diretamente no tráfego circular, então, a partir de 7Uhr de manhã, nós estavamos acordados pelo monte constante dos condutores.
Recomendamos o hotel.

perfect location for bus traveler. it's halfway between the intl. bus terminal and the city centre. old but clean, seems like beloved by local people. breakfast includes fresh veges like cucumber and tomato. good coffee among local delicacies. overall, I will definetely return next time. thank you to those took care of me.

GGuest UserLovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport

Most staff could speak a little bit of english - enough that allowed them to understand basic asks, such as for coffee, breakfast etc. Breakfast was western and included croissants, toast, sausages, tomatoes, eggs etc. Breakfast is from 7:30am - 10:30am and the catering staff are even willing to make you some free coffee. The staff were all nice and the hotel's location was very central. The WiFi worked very well. It was not noisy at night. The shower was clean, though the shower gel and body wash was not the best - I'd recommend bringing your own travel-sized ones if possible. The standard room with 2 single beds was small (just enough for two beds, a wardrobe, a couple closets, a mini fridge - not sure if the fridge worked as we didn't use) but we just used the hotel as a place to sleep at night so that was not an issue.

RRehanaWe had a great stay at Vila Jasmine. The owner Aldina was very responsive from the time we made the booking. We arrived around 3am and she waited and welcomed us warmly. Room was simple but spacious and clean. It was great having a table with 2 chairs in the room. Wifi was fast and heater works great. Aldina was very helpful. She gave us lots of info and helped us with our planning. Vila was right in the town itself so everything was within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops within the area. The airport bus also stops about 5 mins away from the Vila and the bus to the bus terminal is also around less than 10 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed chatting with Aldina who is always smiling. There are rooms on the ground floor and the 2nd floor rooms are accessible via small stairs in the garden.

GGuest UserThe room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day.

Nneohs2005For breakfast, we are given a choice of 3 different menú. No fruits are given. Location is excellent with 2 buses traveling towards the city centre where there are a lot of tourists. One of the buses is Tiran E Re. This bus makes a round of the city in either direction. You can take another bus from the city centre to a cable car place. The bus name is porcelin. You can take the Tiran E Re bus from the Tirana Bus station where coach buses end at. The Arc hotel is hidden from the sight from the main road. It is just behind the ALES building ( attached) where both buses pass by. There are a lot of amenties nearby. You can eat at kfc, pizza outlets, etc.
