Amazing breakfast! Made to order omelettes are great! Really nice staff; helped me with a toothbrush and toothpaste for my stay. Really saved me! The quick coffee at the front was much needed and great variety of options. Loved my stay!

It's a good hotel, staff make a effort to adapt to the customers with their phone for the super sympa translation team. Super efficient and cheap washing at all Thank you.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

The room was spacious but old. Breakfast was quite limited and there was not enough room for people to sit down, but overall the experience was not bad. The location is perfect to go to Sequoia Park

A arquitetura única do hotel é impressionante, e adorei as vistas deslumbrantes da cidade do meu quarto. As acomodações eram espaçosas, modernas e muito confortáveis, tornando-as um refúgio perfeito após um dia agitado explorando LA.

Absolutely beautiful and very peaceful here! The service is exceptional and the view that we have of the pool is just breathtaking. My son and I are very much enjoying our stay here! The rooms are huge and the food at the the oaks is also very delicious. Lauren was my server and she’s so sweet and attentive thanks again for my wonderful experience I most definitely will be returning! Also I forgot to mention they have real fire places and they offer a complimentary fire log for every night you stay there, really sets the ambiance.

Todo o pessoal é BOM e amigável, MAS o ruído é o Grande desconto.As pessoas que andam EM pé acima e no corredor são muito audíveis. O frigorífico está no mesmo espaço que a cama e quando se entra EM ciclos de arrefecimento, é extremamente alto no meio da noite.

Very good. Free parking. People are very nice. Near restaurants with walking distance.

The sofa bed is the most uncomfortable one ever. Breakfast is very simple. The parking lot is helpful. It's clean.

My experience traveling to the ****** was terrible! The number of cars and other vehicles on the freeway was unbelievable. This was on Thanksgiving Day! Worse that I’ve ever seen. Now for my stay, it was the best room and related facilities offered, including professional services and booking. The ****** was filled with fumes from smoking customers, but this was to be expected. Otherwise, everything else was clean, well maintained, and available. I wish the Buffet was opened, but best wishes I can only pray for. My dinner was good except when a person is used to their dinner Mom used to cook don’t match, it can be a little disappointing. However, the final outcome was satisfactory. I would do it again. The travel returning home was better because I left early 5:30 a.m.
