Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

Fiquei no Campo de Árvores de Fig durante 5 dias, em Fevereiro, com o meu filho e a família dele. Estamos a olhar para a nossa estadia, e nós fomos recolhidos no aeroporto por Julius, nosso motorista, e nosso guia, também chamado Julius! Antes de irmos para o acampamento, NOS lembramos de nomes Mais facilmente!Fomos levados no safari e vimos leões e girafas.Encontrámos-nos com bebidas e roupas frescas antes de darmos OS detalhes Ao maravilhoso recepcionista, Sheila. E fomos mostrados as nossas tendas, olhando para uma curva no rio, onde pudemos ver e ouvir o hippopotamo e seus bebés. Viajamos pelo balão, chegamos à manhã e subimos ao ar, enquanto o sol subiu sobre a terra, e foi uma experiência mágica, e o nosso capitão Tom estava muito ciente dos animais que vimos. Uma vez que aterramos, fomos levados para o nosso incrível pequeno-almoço de champanhe antes de sermos desmaiados no safari novamente. Nosso motorista e guia foram muito bons e descobriram onde estavam os animais, tivemos sorte de ver um leopardo - um dos 50 no parque. Também nos surpreendeu encontrarmos no meio de um bando de elefantes e bebés, que se moveram tão calmamente por toda a sua massa, e também estavamos no lugar certo para ver leões caçando, embora não tenham feito um homicídio nesse momento. Sempre que saímos, vimos animais incríveis no habitat, e tivemos dois piqueniques no buraco, e sentimos que era estranho sentar-se fora para comer num lugar onde leões, elefantes e cheetahs roamiam. Posso recomendar o Campo de árvores de Fig e o Grande pessoal lá.Se você está pensando EM visitar a Massai Mara, vá para o Campo de árvores de Fig!

Fantastic location and friendly staff. Excellent helpful staff and a great all inclusive meal choice. Would highly recommend as it’s close to the Sekenani gate of the Maasai Mara game park. Thank you everyone for a fantastic stay.👍

因為之前有朋友推薦，所以選擇了這裏。沒想到有驚喜。 原來這裡是中國人自己的酒店。十多年前就存在了。酒店體驗感受超值。早中晚的白粥，榨菜讓我感動。 每個房間都是獨立的帶個小陽台和花園，房間內是木地板，很新。很奇怪評分不高，問了中方管理人員才知道疫情幾年都沒有中方人員過來。點評主要是BOOING上一些外賓給的。如今中方一過來就花了幾百萬改造凈水系統和太陽能發電，房間硬件升級。聽説明年房間WIFI也會進房間。 重點是晚上自助餐帶烤肉，美食多多。服務員熱情友好，把國人當上賓。 位置就在馬賽馬拉國家公園門口兩公里內，方便而且性價比高，之前看園內的都太貴，而且聽説有的印度人開的酒店那啥。 所以，建議大家，若是真的自由行，這家酒店必須推薦。聽説還有一家姐妹店在乞力馬扎羅山下，我下次也去看看。

酒店位於國家公園內，safari方便。家庭房，空間巨大兩個衞生間。衞浴質量不錯。適合一家四口或兩對情侶.。酒店服務很好。酒店服務很好。但房間裏沒有電話，電視。去坐熱氣球酒店主動提供了人工叫早服務。

We absolutely loved this camp! The double tent is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The staff were all amazing! Each night, our bed had hot water bottles in it, making it so cozy and warm. Early morning wake-up calls included coffee and milk delivered to the room. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt pampered. Big shout out to our safari guide Samson and his intern Felix. Samson knew exactly where to go to find the wildlife and explained everything to us, from the animal feces to their mating rituals. We could not have had a better guide. Another shout out to Daisy and Duncan at reception, Dinah in the restaurant, Marc the conservationist, John who delivered our wake up calls, Loisiana in the restaurant, Debbie who told us so much about Masai culture, and Robert the Masai village chief’s son. Also, Ben who assisted us with getting to the hot air balloon safari. Make time to visit the village to learn about the culture, be patient and kind to everyone, especially your safari guide, and be sure to tip! They deserve it! The location is perfect, the bed is comfortable, and can’t say enough about the staff! Definitely highly recommended!

A localização do hotel é muito boa, dentro do Parque Masai Mara, e é muito conveniente ir ao Safari. O ambiente do hotel também é bom, e você pode ter contato próximo com animais selvagens. Mas as instalações do quarto de hotel são muito pobres, a fechadura da porta está quebrada, a porta do banheiro não pode ser fechada e a água é amarela. O serviço é médio.
