É um local maravilhoso, e é interessante parar as naves a navegar através dos canais de Nevsky, do Museu russo e do teatro. Pequeno-almoço no hotel no restaurante em qualquer pessoa, mesmo atraente: delicioso, diverso.No restaurante, de alguma forma: jantar: menu interessante e pratos europeus e cozinha asiática. Os hóspedes do hotel recebem um desconto de 10% para todo o cheque. A sala é espaçosa, a madrasta é confortável.

Отель не 5* . Номер маленький с одним маленьким окном , хотя при брони было 2 окна . Для меня наличие света важно . В ванне протекает труба , была вода в номере 408 , полотенца очень мало , на 5* и двоих гостей должно быть полотенце больше . Бар при отеле осень скудный … Симпатичный бутик отель для одной ночи . Много красивых деталей , за исключением кирпичей

We always book this hotel for our business partners. They always happy to stay. Short proximity to main attractions and good restaurants is great deal if you want to safe your time for logistics. Breakfasts still has room for improvements. 

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in. When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter. We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath! The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite. There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned. Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP. The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this! One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!

房間衞生收拾得很乾凈，衞生間和洗澡間是分開的，洗浴間帶有俄式泡澡盆和幹蒸房，很大。 卧室空間也很大，帶有小冰箱、保險櫃。 在一樓，但很安靜。 床品衞生也很好。 酒店在一個居民住宅樓的二樓，到樓下後按門鈴即可。 服務人員態度也很好。 離莫斯科火車站走路大約十幾分鍾，在一個箱子裏，周邊環境安靜。去涅瓦大街可以坐公交。相對也比較方便。

indigo 俄羅斯版 位置：離地鐵站880m，走路大概十分鐘，不算特別方便。但是離涅瓦大街就兩站地鐵（需要轉站🚇），打車啥的也不貴，還是可以接受的。酒店旁邊有便利店、麪包店、洗髮店還是很便利 衞生：酒店衞生很好，浴室備品都是一次性的。橄欖油味道，聽起來蠻舒服。不過沒有俄羅斯酒店都沒有一次性梳子 性價比：比起莫斯科是非常划算，國慶也就一千左右一晚。早餐需要單獨購買，兩百多一個人，不推薦，早餐種類很少 房間大小：房間非常小，不過佈置的很温馨很好看，還有熨斗 隔音：隔音很好 minibar免費，每天會開夜床，送的巧克力很好吃。過道里有免費蘋果。wifi也很絲滑，服務員也比較友善。酒店裝修也有藝術氣息。蠻好

Все хорошо. Только постояльцы и посетители сауны не всегда соблюдают правила посещения. Но это не к гостинице, это общий уровень культуры. Вернее, бескультурья

Безумно понравился отель, номер с невероятным видом, завтраки включают в себя великое разнообразие рыбных , мясных и сырных деликатесов, горячего, свежевыжатый сок, овощи, орехи, свежие фрукты, выпечка, десерты. На -1 этаже находится спа-комплекс с бассейном. Благодарю, мы обязательно вернемся!)

Tout était parfait, excellent restaurant et bar, juste un petit bémol avec la salle de sport qui fait 3m2..... piscine très bien par contre

We stayed at Hotel Saint Petersburg and found the location good for visiting the city. Unfortunately, not all of our experiences with the staff were positive: some people – in particular one at the reception and one in the restaurant in the evening – were rather unfriendly with us, perhaps also because we are Italian, and they were not even able to inform us that European Visa and Mastercard cards were blocked due to sanctions. One aspect that definitely needs improvement is cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. On the positive side, breakfast was very rich and varied, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff members who made our stay more pleasant: the young man preparing omelettes in the morning, two receptionists, and one of the ladies welcoming guests at the restaurant in the morning. All of them were kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, the location, breakfast, and some of the staff deserve a positive mention, although we regret that not all the service and staff lived up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
