A equipe do hotel foi simpática, pois ficava perto do Folkart. Vim a negócios e era conveniente. Esperava um interior mais luxuoso pelo preço que paguei. Paguei quase 200 euros por um quarto, então esperava um quarto agradável, mas não foi o que recebi. Além disso, o cheiro vindo de fora era de ração de gato, muito forte. Me colocaram em um andar baixo, infelizmente não em um alto. Portanto, a relação custo-benefício é ruim. Eu não pagaria mais de 90 euros por este quarto, mas infelizmente paguei quase 200 euros. Infelizmente, não tirei fotos do quarto porque estava ocupado a negócios; caso contrário, adicionaria fotos do quarto pelo qual paguei muito caro. Definitivamente não vale 200 euros.

The hotel is located in the center - in the heart of Izmir. Many different Turkish cafes around. Not far from the market. Before you check-in you should verify the actual details and size of your room. In our case what was in the picture on Trip.com was not exactly the reality. When we asked why we booked 20m3 double room and were given a small one of 14m3 they started explaining that the system booked automatically..., we have two types..., you should have told us you need the bigger one etc. Very funny and weak excuses. Otherwise the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is ok, the location is nice. By the way - parking is just along the road next to the hotel - it is a normal way of parking in many places in Türkiye.

This is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. The pretty lady at the hotel counter explained to me that coffee, tea, and water were all free, and everything else had to be paid. Also emphasized that the room is a non-smoking room. I was also asked to sign a document. It's a coincidence that it was very cold on this day, for me as a person from Taiwan. I don't know if I don't know it, and I'll be shocked if I stay there. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem. So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of. The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport. Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it. The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

A ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem infelizmente não era aceitável a partir de hotéis de luxo de 5 estrelas ... manutenção deve trabalhar mais duro !!! E gestores!!!

Very modern, comfortable and clean hotel. The stuff was very friendly and I can recommend the breakfast. The street is a bit nosy and you can hear the Metro. Neverless I would chose this Hotel again next time.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Grande localização, mas a sala não estava limpa, especialmente a casa de banho, havia dois botões de cigarros no chuveiro que parecia estar lá por algum tempo de anteriores convidados.
