Great Hotel in terms of cleanliness and staff service. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Woud be happy to book again this luxurious hotel in Vigan.

The hotel and the location is perfect for peaceful and easy access area to go to the Heart of Vigan we stayed 2 nights we did 1 day in ilocos sur travel to ilocos norte the next day and came back to the same hotel.its clean employees have a pleasing personalities restaurant menus is okey food is great. The only issue i have since i am used to stay on a buffet breakfast hotel this place requires you to choose your breakfast on the small option list.and drinks option are weird so if you choose juice thats all you get you cannot get a coffee even if you offer to pay for it very weird way.but overall the hotel is great! Good for group families and kids friendly

My wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely. Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service. A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.

The place is new and having 3rd party listing in trip. com can get better deal, as if you just walk in will charge you their regular price very pricey as they just next to the wharf marina going to hundred Island, the room is excellent clean and had a nice size bathroom with bedit, hot water and great water pressure, firm comfortable bid and big soft pillow and heavy blanket.  The staff is very helpful and polite accommodating, big size pool not heated but comfortable. I would stay this place again if ever we return to alaminos, its just sad that this war crisis is affecting the business and people livelilyhood.

This is my third time staying at Aureo and I'm satisfied so far. It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

A little bit disappointed kasi pagpasok mo palang ng room incomplete siya. Wala man lang naka steady na cups , water, sabon, toothpaste, etc. Hindi refreshing ang amoy and the toilet and bathroom is not clean. And medyo napuyat kasi till 12am ata yung music at may kasama pang bata. They did not even consider yung blanket na hndi kasya yun sa isang tao lang so pinabayaran payung extra blanket well infact dapat tig isa naman dapat yun kasi bayad naman yung room as 6 . But the positive side is mabavait yung staff nila at the location of the resort is maganda dahil malalapit siya sa mga tourist spots sa bolinao.

O serviço de quarto (tomada para todos OS alimentos) é um serviço de saúde e de saúde. Se não tivesse sido chamado, não teria sido fornecido (desde que tínhamos um animal de estimação, optamos por serviço de quarto) luz de manutenção de casas que não trabalhava Na porta frontal para fazer quarto.Ruído do compressor de referência.Às vezes, ruído de arco/humi proveniente de painel elétrico. A expectativa de um feriado não em consonância com o gerente de margem de lucro está tentando gerar de cada estadia. Você está deixando com um sentimento de sobre-pagamento por um nível de serviço que não existia e isso se sentiu relacionado com a forma como a empresa parece estar a funcionar.A chegada era abundante (boa), mas a partida precisa de melhoria.

We arrived at noon but needed to leave because it was not 2 pm. The lady did checked us in in advance, i paid Php1000 deposit before we left, we were told to just come back and they will let us in. We came back just before 2pm. 3 of us needed to go to the city while 3 others stayed. When I arrived with my hubby and brother, we were surprised that my brother's wife and family stayed in the lobby waiting for us, said that they were not offered to go to the room since i was not there. Meanwhile, when we arrived this morning, the staffs are aware that were were all together as they were taking pictures of us in the lobby, they have this special mini stage that turns while taking 360 degrees selfie. I was disappointed that our family was left in the lobby waiting instead of assisting them to our room. Room is reasonably clean.

excellent experience at Thunderbird poro point. Very Clean and comfortable to spend with family.

Muito bom, a localização é boa, no Meio Da Cidade Antiga, IR Muito perto DOS principais atracções, Muito conveniente, andar a pé.As instalações estão completas, limpos, bem mantidos.O serviço é entusiasmado, cuidadoso, Pode também enviar pessoas para a estação de ônibus com motocicleta. Mas não há tempo para o pequeno-almoço, deve ser BOM, no café Da refeição Ocidental.
