Além de um recepcionista de Frente que Nunca sorriu, saudou ou disse qualquer coisa que possa fazer OS viajantes/ clientes se sentirem bem-vindo, outros funcionários foram amigáveis e amigáveis. No entanto, como os primeiros viajantes encontram-se e lidam com o interior do hotel, depois de um amante ajudante tomar os nossos casos como nos aproximamos da porta da frente, e um portaman saudando-nos, esta jovem poderia usar um’refresher’ em PR / serviço ao cliente e básico A policia!
O hotel foi renovado em 2023, mas o tapete no nosso quarto poderia ser usado para limpar o vapor de forma aprofundada, na verdade, o arrefecimento atraente e a impressão global são cortados por um tapete mal pintado, algo que não pode ser resolvido.
Ambos o meu marido e eu achámos a mãe incómoda - gostamos de ser firmes, mas isto era difícil - como um painel! Eu notei, e não dormi bem, muitas vezes voltando de um lado para o outro. Se ficássemos mais de dois dias, teria pedido que se mudasse de quartos ou que fosse acrescentado um “topper”.
No bairro, havia vários restaurantes bons, bem como um mercado noturno Muito apertado, e no centro, conseguimos facilmente acessar locais turísticos por tuk tuk.

Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant.
3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement.
4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied.
5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status.
Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response.
6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.
The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service.
If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price.
A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.
I booked two rooms. Both room had bad smell coming from the toilet. Room service was very poor. Cannot maintain timely service. If commits 30 minutes, it may take 1 to 2 hours, even can forget to respond back to requests. Hotel staffs do not know the manners of 5 star hotel. Overall experience is not good.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability.
However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.
It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Из минусов: плохой и медленный сервис, не работал бассейн, завтрака в виде буфета, который заявлен, а вместо этого подают по меню: омлет, 1 сосиску, помидор и хлеб… Очень все слабо для пятизвездочного отеля. Вида в номере нет, он угловой и смотрит во внутреннюю территорию.
We had an excellent stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. We traveled as a family of 7, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which really stood out to us.
The beach access was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the food—there was a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty.
Traveling with a larger group can sometimes be challenging, but the resort handled everything very well, making our vacation stress-free and memorable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar, especially families.

AAnonymous UserNice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

Of the downsides: bad and slow service, did not work a pool, breakfast in the form of a buffet that is declared, and instead serve on the menu: omlet, 1 sausage, tomato and bread... Very all weak for a five-star hotel. The type in the room is not present, it is angle and looks into the internal territory.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Sea Pearl Hotel, and I had nothing but positive impressions! From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Every employee was ready to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The food at the hotel is simply delightful! There are 3 restaurants and a small coffee shop. Every day they offered a variety of dishes, and I was able to enjoy both local cuisine and Italian and Indian delicacies. I must mention the freshness of the ingredients and the magnificent presentation of the dishes. The fish restaurant with tables by the pool was particularly pleasing. There are several bars with alcoholic beverages. And by the way, the signature handmade Belgian chocolate was a real hit.
The hotel offers two pools: one free and one paid. Both pools are very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere around them, with pleasant music, creates excellent conditions for relaxation. I especially liked the paid pool – there were always enough places to relax. The spa was super, thanks for the massages! The water park was also super.
In terms of service and comfort, this hotel is entirely comparable to the best resorts in Turkey and Egypt. A huge thank you to the general manager for organizing such a wonderful vacation! I will definitely return here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Cox's Bazar!
