Dirigimos para o sul do Lago Biwa e chegamos ao Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, o local da cúpula do G7. Inesperadamente, a recepcionista mal-educada nos ofereceu o tipo de quarto, dizendo que era um upgrade, mas, em vez disso, nos deu dois quartos com formato estranho e um forte cheiro de mofo, extremamente inconvenientes para usar. Entramos em contato com o atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip para expressar nossa relutância em ficar e pressionar por uma solução. Felizmente, depois de mais de duas horas de insistência, a Ctrip finalmente conseguiu os dois quartos no mesmo andar (como eles não me deram um quarto quando claramente tinham um?). Eles também concordaram em reembolsar a diferença de preço e pediram desculpas. O atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip foi ao mesmo tempo tranquilizador e reconfortante. Só às 2 da manhã finalmente conseguimos descansar um pouco. Mas, deixando isso de lado, o nascer do sol sobre o Mar Interior de Seto 🌄 foi de tirar o fôlego. Acordamos cedo para aproveitar as fontes termais, e o restaurante na cobertura serviu um delicioso café da manhã. Aceitamos o pedido de desculpas da recepção e deixamos para lá! Afinal, estamos aqui para viajar, não para ficar com raiva, certo? Deixe a luz do sol brilhar e dissipar essas frustrações sombrias!

Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!

大浴場でゆっくり足を伸ばして入ることができ、疲れがしっかり取れました。朝からは、部屋のお風呂を利用しましたが、シャワーがウルトラバブルでとても気持ちよかったです。大浴場の混雑具合がモニターで確認できるのも⭕️でした。いろんなところに配慮があり、素敵なホテルだと感じました。ただ、キャリーケースの整理に使えるデスクか幅広の椅子があるといいなと思いました。床に直置きは嫌だし、ベッドの上に置くには気が引けるので。

Esta é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel. Fiquei feliz ao descobrir que a localização do hotel era bem no centro da cidade. Você pode facilmente encontrar restaurantes, lojas nas proximidades e sem falar em alguns pontos históricos. Viajar de bonde também é muito conveniente. A escolha do café da manhã é, em média, aceitável. Gosto das fontes termais no andar de cima que são bem limpas e tem uma área externa onde você pode desfrutar de banho quente e ao mesmo tempo observar as estrelas.

Very close to the train station, we can walk there to have meals and shop easily. There must be twenty to thirty restaurants that we can choose from. There's an onsen on the tenth floor, good place to relax after running around all day, beats the small shower in the hotel room hands down.

Um bom hotel com ótima equipe, especialmente no restaurante. Eles são educados e prestativos. A recepção e o concierge também foram profissionais e prestativos. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. No geral, uma ótima estadia, graças ao ótimo e amigável atendimento ao cliente. Fico feliz em visitar novamente.

A localização está bem, perto da tram, mas não da rua mais bonita.A sala é muito quente, incómoda e pequena.E não são exactamente 2 camas. A cama de casal é um quarto de cama e depois uma escada de escala muito alta e desconfortável para chegar a uma matriz que está muito perto do tecto. A mulher não sabia que já tinha pagado para o quarto, e no dia seguinte pedimos para deixar a bagagem antes de tomar o comboio que eles concordaram. E quando voltámos para reunir, eles disseram que eles nos pagariam por este serviço, porque estamos longe há mais de uma hora.O pessoal não era muito cooperativo ou simpático e não nos deixaria sair. Não há sinal ou explicação EM nenhum lugar sobre o facto de deixar SUA bagagem não ser livre.Não está escrito EM nenhum lugar.

Great place to stay in Hiroshima. The room was quite spacious (by japanese standards). Easy to get there from the station by bus, the memorial park and peace museum are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby and we got complimentary apple jelly in our fridge. Soaking in the onsen was great after a long day in Hiroshima and Miyajima, the place was also clean and there was everything necessary for a bath. This was our first stay in Dormy Inn, and I would definitely choose this chain again.

Wonderful stay with great sea view. There’s also a complimentary shuttle to and fro Yamato museum (I think they may go to other locations too if we ask). If we go Kure again, we will choose Clayton bay!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price.
