Pros: good location, if you looking for beaches without crowds. Relatively close to mais attraction, however Uber super affordable. People friendly and welcoming. Close some grocery and market shops, few places to eat out. Rooftop swimming pool view. Cons: hotel is crying for refurb, not every room has safe box, when requested they never brought, main door, lift is disaster specially when hotel crowded you need to wait ages, bed, mattress, pillows need to be changed, no drinks in fridge, however I was asked at check out if I consumed something. Breakfast on top floor and small space for amount of people. No hangers in wardrobe.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

O hotel e o quarto estava relativamente limpo... Os elevadores com problemas ou em manutenção. Tive que usar as escadas depois de esperar um tempão, e a saída de emergência dá para a cozinha do restaurante, a gente fica perdido sem saber achar a saída. Para subir de escadas é ainda pior, não é fácil encontrar a entrada. Imagina se eu estivesse em um andar mais alto...

We stay in the hotel for 3 days, it is perfect for a middle-class hotel. Excellent service, clean room, all smell. Perfect breakfast. Excellent bed, TV, fridge. Near the center and the door of culture. The hotel is very well located and without saying that the street is quiet, i.e. a great night of 😴.Finally, we love our stay and we already plan to return and visit the same hotel and others of the sovereign network. Tip: * Reserve Hydro. Don't stop enjoying the hydromassage, and if you get Hydro 3 is the perfect pq stays in the cover then think about one pore of the perfect sun 🥰😍 * If the stone is short, don't stop experimenting the Minerão food, it has a Marmitex that comes out on the marmite or on the dish for 25 reals and thinks about a delicious food. You can eat in the cover, in the room or in the leisure areas of the hotel. * Take the tapioca. It's a delicious 😋

O hotel é muito confortável. Cama grande com lençóis limpos e de qualidade. A piscina e o café da manhã sao excelentes. A localização foi a que escolhi, mais afastada do centro e próximo a praias que não conhecia. O restaurante tem comida boa e com preços acessíveis. Parabéns a toda equipe.

What a fairly spacious (except the bathroom). Satisfactory breakfast. Excellent reception service. And it seemed well located (it has a shopping a few meters from the hotel that makes it quite easy)

The location is a bit far away from the city center but there are several busses from the bus stop next to the hotel. Our room was in the first floor and there was small window. Unfortunately next to the window there are some air conditions and they make a lot of noise so it is difficult to sleep st night time.

Excellent service, exceptional breakfast buffet, cleanliness, laser area. You have to pay R$5.00 for the pool towel. My son cut his foot on the beach, they carefully bandaged it. I loved my stay and I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel near the airport with solid breakfast and amenities. If you don’t speak Portuguese, the staff is able to accommodate you in English. The TV only had less than half the channels listed on the guide which was odd. This being Salvador, urban planning is a nightmare. Although the airport is very close, you have to drive a long ways in the wrong direction and circle back around to get to the airport. Be sure to plan accordingly.

We were embarrassed when we checked out because we came across Azul crew having coffee at the same time we were leaving. We were denied entry, even though I argued that we were on the same flight as them, and it was very strange and, at the very least, unfortunate to allow some to have coffee and others only from 6:00 onwards.
