The hotel is excellent. The double room we were given was spacious and very well equipped. It had a central air conditioning system that was very easy to use, and windows for ample ventilation. The bathroom had a hairdryer. The pool is nice, spacious, and has towel and bar service. Surprisingly, during our stay, guests rarely used it. The breakfast is excellent, very complete, varied, and delicious. A spectacular buffet with good service, it had everything from seasonal fruits to cakes, hot dishes, various types of bread, and so on. Without a doubt, there was something for every palate. The hotel restaurant, which is the same one that provides breakfast, also provides other meals at an additional cost. The first night we went to dinner at the hotel and we were surprised by the quality of the food, the mix of flavors, and the excellent service they had with us. Without a doubt, it was one of the best gastronomic experiences we had in Salvador. To improve, I will only mention one important detail, and that is the fact that guests should not be interrupted at any time to check the items in the minibar during their stay. I honestly do not understand why there are hotels that have this policy, and even less so at this level, when it is something that can easily be done during room cleaning and/or check-out.

The room was very good, staff were very well-served, the wifi was not working in the room, the bed was a little noisy, the bathroom mirror was not looking for anything, and the door was needed a painting.

Pra viagem a negócios, o fato do hotel estar a 5 minutos do aeroporto é muito vantajoso, as instalações me surpreenderam positivamente e achei o quarto muito confortável, limpo e gostei muito da luz azul para cromoterapia no chuveiro. Pressão do chuveiro é ótima. Apenas um detalhe, fiquei no quarto virado para a avenida principal e o barulho de veículos passando é constate. A janela fechada isola bem o som, mas ainda assim é possível ouvir os carros. O único ponto que acho que pode melhorar é a qualidade do café da manhã, principalmente os ovos mexidos e frutas.

Nice hotel near the airport with solid breakfast and amenities. If you don’t speak Portuguese, the staff is able to accommodate you in English. The TV only had less than half the channels listed on the guide which was odd. This being Salvador, urban planning is a nightmare. Although the airport is very close, you have to drive a long ways in the wrong direction and circle back around to get to the airport. Be sure to plan accordingly.

Very good for families, perfect for anyone who wants something quiet and far away, and at the same time easy to reach the desired places.

O hotel possui uma excelente infraestrutura, é muito bem organizado, e os funcionários são extremamente solícitos. A cama é confortável, o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, e a experiência geral foi muito positiva. Alguns pontos, no entanto, poderiam ser melhorados. Por exemplo, a programação de sábado à noite poderia ser mais animada, como incluir música ao vivo. Durante minha estadia, ocorreram brincadeiras na beira da piscina, como bingo e ”Qual é a música?”, mas algo mais sonoro poderia tornar a experiência ainda melhor. Nos quartos, um aspecto que merece atenção é a iluminação. Fui com meu bebê, e para cuidados durante a madrugada, senti falta de uma iluminação indireta, como um simples abajur ao lado da cama. Isso teria sido bastante facilitado, evitando o uso da lanterna do celular. Fora esses detalhes, a estadia foi maravilhosa. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes!

For those who know Brazil, this is a very good hotel in a good location. The rooms are clean, the service is very good and the people are all very friendly and make you feel at home. We will book it more often, as we spend more time in Brazil than in Germany.
