"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nikko. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious. The hotel's amenities, including a public bath, mini market, vending machines, and a cafe, covered all our needs. Additionally, evening events added a nice touch to our stay. Its convenient location, easily accessible from the train station via bus, made exploring Nikko effortless. The complimentary shuttle back to the train station upon check-out was a thoughtful gesture, rounding off a great experience."

"ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。 高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。 近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。 アメニティは最小限のものだけです。 お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので 飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。 (一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので) 小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。"

"O hotel fica ao lado do Lago Yuno, e a paisagem ao redor é muito bonita?Você pode ver minha foto em anexo. A fonte termal do hotel é uma fonte termal de enxofre, que é melhor do que o enxofre de Noboribetsu. Pontos para reclamar: 1 Não há variedades suficientes para jantar e café da manhã (em comparação com outros hotéis de águas termais que visitei antes). 2. Sinto que muitos funcionários são do Sudeste Asiático e seus conhecimentos de japonês não são muito proficientes, mas a comunicação ainda não é problema se eles disserem a mesma frase várias vezes. 3. As horas termais são das 15h às 24h e das 5h às 9h todos os dias. O horário do banho termal na maioria dos hotéis de águas termais é geralmente até as 3 da manhã. Já eram 24h10 quando voltamos ao hotel depois de sair para fazer compras na segunda noite. , mas aconteceu de estar fechado, o que foi uma pena. Concluindo, o hotel é muito bom. Você pode considerar este hotel na próxima vez que for lá."

"酒店要下午三點才能入內，之前的時間要整理打掃，之前衹有3點入住。還是第一次遇到提早到了不能進酒店的！服務人員不多，可能太忙了吧。不過房間還算不錯，晚餐也是送餐到房間，還有一箇中國女生服務我們，這麼偏僻的地方還有中文服務員倒是很難得。大堂有自助吧，飲料可以隨意取用。"

"first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan"

"シルバーウィークに泊まりに来ました。 施設は年季を感じますが、建物の個性的な形やロビーの雰囲気がバブル時代の趣きを感じさせます。温泉はとても良かったのですが、建てられた当時の時代背景もあって、男性用のお風呂のほうが女性用より倍以上広く作っていてるので、女子校の部活の団体さんと宿泊が重なると、洗い場が足りなくて学生さん達がかわいそうでした。朝は男女の浴室を入れ替えてます。 ご飯はバイキングでしたが、他とは違ったものが食べられて良かったです。特別に餅つき体験があり、思いがけずつきたてのお餅が食べられたのも良かったです。朝食の焼きたてフレンチトーストと握りたておむすびのサービスも良かったです。 総じて、建物は古いながらもスタッフの方々が宿泊客を楽しませたいという気持ちが伝わる施設でした。"
