Great location, nice rooms (we were treated to a free upgrade). Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice served in the courtyard. No parking in immediate vicinity, but you can usually find a free spot close to the sea. Quality of tea served on the premises could be improved, same for toiletries.

What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!

A very good hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The girl at the front desk is a true professional—very friendly, sweet, and helpful with everything. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I had known, I would have stayed longer.

Estive no mesmo hotel duas ou três vezes no ano passado, foi muito bom e agradável em comparação com os outros hotéis que fui na península. Este ano pensei que o gerente havia mudado e perguntei se você tem um novo gerente, eles disseram que não, o mesmo, então ouça. O que vou dizer não beneficia a nós, clientes, mas é a verdade e é preciso dizer que não nos beneficia porque o preço do hotel está subindo e é por isso que digo que não beneficia nós o gerente este ano deve ter tido uma inspiração terrível porque vi um hotel completamente diferente nada a ver com todos os outros que tinha visto e acreditem tenho ido 15 anos seguidos à península mais de 6 a 7 vezes por ano passando férias em muitos deles, tirei férias o que vi este ano que nunca vi antes em nenhum hotel. Ou seja, dos funcionários mais gentis que da recepção, incríveis dos restaurantes, a qualidade das refeições era de outro patamar.No geral tudo foi maravilhoso, gostaria de citar uma a uma as pessoas com quem interagi, mas é muito difícil epigramaticamente, então o medidor que está no restaurante Konstantinos ela rege a orquestra no restaurante e acredite em mim o gerente muito bem a senhora Eva na recepção nos atendeu é a terceira vez que ela mesma nos atendeu em qualquer coisa que perguntei a ela a última vez que ela nos trouxe um carregador de sua casa para carregar o celular nós na piscina ao lado de onde Artemis está com os espetos, todos os caras são muito prestativos, para quem devo começar, todos são incríveis, finalmente , quero dizer um grande obrigado e parabéns à gerência do hotel e especialmente ao gerente, ele conseguiu se sair incrivelmente bem. . .

Отель потрясен, во всех его проявлениях, завтрак 5 звезд, бессецном на крыше не воспользовались но уверены по количеству занятых столиков возле там все хорошо, побывали в спа, зона на 5 сервис на 5, уровень массажа ребята простите 3 бала, при визите Крита рекомендовал бы? Однозначно да! Отель 5 звезд, спасибо за теплый прием)

Seems very brand new cos opened 2 weeks ago after long renovation works. But still needs some improvements just like flowing waters from shower booth into the toilet and show tap?

Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.
