The environment here is lovely and very clean. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel's location is perfect too; it's super close to Tengwang Pavilion, just a short walk away. Plus, there's a Hanfu store right next door, which is really convenient!

First of all, the location is very good, walk 200 meters to Tengwang Pavilion. Across the road is the police station, surrounded by various restaurants. Secondly, you can bring dogs and go to Lijiang every morning to walk dogs. Close to most well-known attractions. Finally, the front desk and the cleaning aunt restaurant waiter have a very good working attitude, especially the front desk is particularly warm and thoughtful, helping me upgrade the room. The room was very clean, no taste, I especially like the overall color, very soft. The air conditioning and heating are very sufficient, the bath is very hot, the disposable face towel and toothbrush towel are of good quality (of course, you can also park for free). This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

The front desk service is good, it is close to the Ferris wheel, and the river view is also good. I am satisfied! The hotel has been open for a short time, and the facilities and equipment are relatively new. The room is connected to the intelligent voice control to control the lights, but some lights cannot be controlled, such as the spotlight above the TV.

The hotel has been renovated and has been greatly improved in all aspects. The front desk sister provided thoughtful service and the guest rooms are elegant. I will come again next time. I strongly recommend it😀

Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

This hotel has changed its name. It was originally called Tengwangge Riverview Hotel. I don't understand why it was changed. If you take a taxi, sometimes the navigation will not be found. In addition to the downstairs is a bit difficult to find the environment, the room upstairs is still OK, the price is very high, the off-season weekend is also OK, similar to the room quality of the holiday hotel we stayed in last night 350-360. But the sound insulation effect is generally roaring, the traffic downstairs is busy, and the small sound next door can be heard when you are quiet in the middle of the night. Order a takeaway without breakfast, anyway, the main focus is high cost performance!

I stayed here for 3 weeks, and everything was perfect from main door to my room. Highly well trained and very kind staff make my visit more comfortable and I felt like my home. Especially, Their beautiful smile and kindness attitudes make this hotel fantastic place to stay. And thanks reception staff for serving fruit and helping me when I am in trouble.

I always choose this hotel for my marathon run. It's a truly special and worthwhile choice. This time, I stayed in an executive suite, which was very clean and had a great view. I love the large terrace on the fourth floor. I go there every day to enjoy the fresh air. It's like a natural oxygen bar, with a beautiful view without having to go out. The entire hotel staff is wonderful! They're always responsive and attentive! See you next year!

The hotel's decoration style is stylish and elegant. Lei Lei at the front desk provides very good and considerate service. The room is relatively clean but relatively small, with a high cost-effectiveness ratio. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide good lighting. It is highly recommended!
