"Our stay at Lexis Hibiscus was excellent. This trip was actually planned as a golf getaway to PDGCC and Dickson Bay Golf Club, and we chose to stay at the 5-star Lexis Hibiscus to avoid any disappointment during our ***** New Year holiday. The experience was truly worth the money. The room was clean, fresh, and felt new — we absolutely loved it. The ocean and sea view from the room was stunning and very calming. It’s especially perfect for people who just want to rest their mind and escape from busy city life. Although the food choices were slightly limited, everything else made up for it. It was the Ramadan (puasa) month, which coincided with ***** New Year, and the hotel was not too crowded. The car trip was smooth, and everything throughout our stay went very well. We even considered extending our stay if work had allowed! I can’t imagine how beautiful and lively it must be during a big holiday season — I’m sure the hotel would be fully booked. It’s truly a beautiful place to stay, whether for families or couples."

"I was very pleased with staff from Grand Lexis especially with Rekha who was very accommodating and helped me changed my room as I had injured my knee and was unable to go up the stairs to my unit. She managed to give me a unit on the lower floor and that made my stay more comfortable and great. My only issue is the WiFi was intermittent. Breakfast was good and my family and I enjoyed the spread."

"Repeated stay, overall comfortable stay. One of the day I left in the morning and indicate room service needed, and came back at night only to realized the door was not closed and locked after service, my room was open the whole day through. Luckily i do not lost any expensive belongings, but imagine what other people can do, as the hotel is above a crowded shopping mall, where the entrance or lift to the hotel do not have restricted access for public, people can go in and hide inside, or set up hidden camera, or any unimaginable behavior. Complaint to the lobby counter 1st thing in the next day morning, staff politely apologize and lodged a report. Came back that night to find the room service that day is not up to standard compare to the previous 3 days. Plastic water bottles were not collected, 3-in-1 coffee and tea were not replenished, new plastic water bottles are crumbled that it can barely stand on it own. After finished drinking 2 bottles only realized when i opened the caps, it doesn't felt like its attached to the seal ring, could be recycled bottle with tap water in it, or just my imagination. Either the room service staff is retaliating or simply service not up to standard."

"We had a nice staycation there. Not too far from KL. The host and staffs are nice. However, only thing that make me felt uncomfortable is the bed, too hard. We had back and neck hurt next day. And the bed sheet, pillow, feel like there is a “powder” on it or dust (the place still under construction)…idk. Besides that, everything are great! Breakfast is nice with so many choices!"

MYgnightmoon97
We stayed in the newly refurbished greenview family room. The room was nice just that no drawers for the dressing table and the night stand so less place to put our items but room was spacious enough for the four of us. Check in took such a long time as there was a long queue so idk what was the point of pre check in when we still need to queue to check in. Breakfast had a good spread and variety. There are bread, pastries, malay food, western breakfast, mi and omelette station. Staffs are very friendly and attentive to help you find a table. Love how we had a private beach but the pool floor was dirty like you could see all the sand on the floor like they haven’t clean for a long time. The shower also clogged with sand and water so we can’t really rinse off after swimming in the beach.

Stayed at Pegasus Hotel Shah Alam recently as im having seminar at IDCC. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean, though the design feels slightly dated. Basic amenities were provided and worked well. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a decent and very affordable option for a short stay in Shah Alam.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Lexis Port Dickson. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We also enjoyed fishing right from balcony at room, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The buggy service was fast and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had a great time cycling around the resort it was such an enjoyable way to explore the surroundings. The swimming pool was spacious and not too crowded, which make it very comfortable for the family. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food choices to suit different tastes. The only downside is that the pool area could be improved for children, as there is no waterslide. Adding some kid friendly playpark at pool would definitely make the resort even better for families with children. Overall, we realy enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recomended for a relaxing family gateway.

The check in is set at 16:00. Nevertheless, when I reached the hotel at around 1.30pm, the room was ready for us. It was a pleasant surprise as we have experienced having to wait until almost 5pm before the room is ready at other hotel prior to this. Keep it up. Will surely be coming back in the future. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful too. There was a plethora of food selections to choose from.

The room was generally comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The toiletries provided were incomplete, as items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not available. Parking is also quite limited, especially on weekends, and some guests may end up parking in a way that blocks part of the road. Additionally, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, although the electric mosquito repellent is provided but the mosquito's spray would be more helpful. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable.
