If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky). First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour. Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too. The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them. Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).

We chose this hotel for a short break before our tour of mainland China. The room was spacious with an excellent sea view. The toiletries in the bathroom were good, all necessary amenities were provided, and cleaning was thorough. The large pool offered a beautiful view. The grounds were well-maintained and clean. The staff were attentive, and the concierges were helpful with calling taxis. We had dinner in the lobby and enjoyed the food. The only relative downside was breakfast. While there was a large selection, there weren't many European options, and what was available didn't seem very tasty.

When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

I chose this hotel over other options in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, mainly for its excellent location. With kids, it's just two subway stops to Ocean Park, and The Peak Tram is only about a ten-minute walk through Hong Kong Park. The hotel also has direct access to Pacific Place and the MTR, making getting around incredibly convenient. While the facilities do show their age, the service here is absolutely top-notch. From the patient and friendly front desk staff during a late-night check-in to the thoughtful family-friendly amenities, it really adds to the emotional value of a family trip. Highly recommended for families!

Absolutely fabulous service. Upgraded me without prompting to the partial harbour view which had a stunning sunset view. A pity i didn't have time to swim, but if you come, please bring your swimmers the pool at 73rd floor is amazing. Room was cleaned twice a day; and when they couldn't (e.g. I had a DND sign), they left a message asking me to let them know if I needed anything. Asked for water, they brought 8 cans - not 1/2/3... but 8! Asked for a bag to help carry excess mooncakes and they brought a huge one. Really pleasant great service. They gave my friends welcome drink vouchers, and the Bar gave us complimentary nuts. Thank you!

In a prime location like Tsim Sha Tsui, this hotel is definitely the king of value for money. I brought my child here for the IELTS exam and chose this hotel near the test center, and it truly surprised me. For just over 900, the room was spacious enough, and the hotel even gave us a free upgrade. There's a restaurant right downstairs with live singers, so we didn't even need to go out for meals. The room also offered a view of Victoria Harbour. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The environment is great, perfect for those catching a flight from Hong Kong Airport the next day. I stayed in a superior room at the Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong on September 30th for a business trip. The overall experience was fantastic and completely exceeded my expectations! Firstly, the location is impeccable, a true blessing for anyone needing to catch an early flight or transfer. It's seamlessly connected to the airport, so even with luggage, it's absolutely no hassle. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a high-quality sleep during my busy business trip. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is elegant and grand. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. In summary, the environment is great, perfect for those catching a flight from Hong Kong Airport the next day. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

Staying during the National Day holiday, the hotel prices were doubled. The room decor was a bit too minimalist, which was a minus. At 42 square meters, it didn't feel that spacious. Compared to other Marriott or Shangri-La hotels of similar size (around 40 sqm), it felt a bit cramped. The mini-bar was complimentary on the first day, offering juice and beer, but there was no plain drinking water. The most unacceptable part was the poor soundproofing. Next door was a family of three, with a school-aged boy. Their boisterous laughter and chatter could be heard frequently, both in the evening and in the afternoon. One night, the noise continued until almost 11 PM, disturbing our rest. Furthermore, in the early mornings, intermittent banging sounds would emanate from the room. It wasn't piercing, but quite loud, as if someone was cleaning discreetly right next to you, yet still making banging noises. The hotel had notified guests about recent curtain wall cleaning. Could the sounds be from the operating platform or ropes hitting the glass? I didn't notice anything from outside during the day. Finally, let's talk about the good points. The unbeatable sea view. The bathroom was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel staff were all very polite. However, I will not be staying here again. While I might not encounter noisy neighbors again, poor soundproofing is a major drawback, and quiet is very important to me.

We booked a room with Grand Club access to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The hotel environment is excellent. We checked in very late, but the front desk staff was incredibly patient and attentive, helping us with our room. They were so, so nice to upgrade us to a larger room! It's a shame we didn't have more time to stay longer; otherwise, we could have enjoyed the pool, laundry room, and ice machine. The fact that the rooms have direct drinking water is truly superior to many other hotels. Plus, we could store our luggage for free for a full day after checking out – how amazing is that? The room was clean and comfortable. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, I'm definitely staying here again!
