The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the entrance of Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, next to Wangfujing Church. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining, with a hot pot restaurant just across the street. While the hotel itself appears a bit older, the room facilities have been renovated and are very new and clean. The hotel can accommodate foreign guests and also hosts large-scale banquet events.

The soundproofing is excellent. The bed was sumptuously comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean and modern. · Outstanding Service: The staff were the highlight. The check-in team was swift and welcoming. I arrived very early from a red-eye, and they proactively offered information about early check-in options and kindly stored my luggage without any hassle. · Excellent Amenities: The indoor pool and fitness center are fantastic for stretching out after a long flight. The executive lounge (accessible with my room type) offered a peaceful space with great refreshments. The variety of dining options in the hotel meant I didn't have to venture out. For Travelers: This is the gold standard for a transit hotel. It completely eliminates the stress of Beijing traffic and long security lines for your connecting flight. While it's perfect for airport access, the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the city center if you decide to explore. If you value a good night's sleep before a flight, seamless logistics, and professional service, look no further. The Hilton Beijing Airport Hotel turns a necessary stop into a relaxing part of your journey. I will not hesitate to book here again for any future transit through Beijing.

The Chang Fu Gong really lives up to its reputation as a long-standing five-star hotel; the service and cleanliness are both exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and pleasant, and they worked diligently and responsibly. Every single staff member was eager to help with any request we had. The housekeeping on the upper floors was very thorough with cleaning and sanitizing, especially attendant number 190, who was conscientious and responsible in their work, kind and tolerant with our child, and incredibly patient with all our requests. It was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back again!

Even though it was super crowded, the hotel and its facilities, like the hot springs, were still fantastic. Since we were traveling with a very young child, many things were inconvenient, but the staff at the entrance helped with valet parking, and check-in was expedited for us. The room service attendant was also incredibly enthusiastic, assisting us with everything. Next time, I plan to avoid the crowds and bring the little one again on a weekday.

The room attendant cleaned promptly, and there was a dedicated person in the lobby to operate the elevators. The gym and pool staff were friendly and welcoming. The deluxe view room, facing due east and located on floors 25 and above, is part of the executive level, offering panoramic views of the East Third Ring Road. In the mornings, you can gaze at the 'fog city' (referring to Beijing's occasional haze), and at night, admire the iconic illuminated landmarks. The nearby multi-story PwC building, lit 24/7, evoked many similar memories for me. The pool facilities were also excellent – a truly worthwhile experience!

Bringing my family together at the Sofitel Beijing for New Year's Day was an incredibly smart choice! The hotel's location and views are superb, the rooms are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch! We upgraded to a 100 sqm double suite by paying the difference, and it was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides overlooking Chang'an Avenue and the East Second Ring Road – the night view was simply breathtaking. Equipped with two king-size beds and a large sofa, the whole family stayed comfortably and happily! The lobby's holiday decorations were warm and inviting, and I savored the rich aroma of hand-poured Kopi Luwak coffee. The Cantonese cuisine at Yipin Hall was authentic and delicious, and the breakfast was extensive and exquisite. What touched me most was Mr. Leo from the business department, who coordinated everything from room type recommendations to check-in arrangements with thoughtful consideration, making us feel truly at home! The staff at the front desk, the executive lounge in the lobby bar, Ms. Zhao Ying from Yipin Hall restaurant, and the three hardworking housekeeping staff (Zhao Xiangqin, Liu Huaju, and Su Nannan) were all incredibly friendly and professional. In short, I highly recommend Sofitel Beijing; it truly embodies the high quality of a five-star hotel!

Located at Sanyuan Bridge on the East 3rd Ring Road, the hotel lobby is on the third floor. While checking in, I happened to see flight attendants from a certain West Asian airline also checking in, which clearly shows it's a hotel catering to international guests. The hotel facilities are well-maintained. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the 3rd Ring Road, which I really liked as it offered a panoramic view of Beijing's bustling cityscape. The breakfast was rich and varied, even including local Beijing snacks.

I recently stayed at this hotel and a surprising sequence of oversights left me disappointed. Upon arrival I noticed a toenail on the floor, which felt like a breach of the 5-star standard I expected. The reception sent someone promptly, and the cleaning manager was genuinely apologetic, offering to either have the room cleaned again or move to a different room. We opted to switch rooms, and we were told a new room would be ready in about an hour with our luggage moved. Approximately 90 minutes passed with no update. When I inquired again, I was told the new room was still not ready. The front desk staff member’s attitude was unhelpful and at times rude, which only compounded the frustration. After a tense exchange, a new room key was finally provided. However, the promised luggage assistance did not materialize; the accompanying staff member simply walked with us back and forth between rooms without actually moving any items. Overall, while the cleaning manager showed empathy and proper protocol, the delays, inconsistent communication, and poor front-desk service significantly affected the experience. I hope the hotel reinforces clearer procedures for room changes and luggage handling, and maintains a consistently courteous tone across all staff. The hotel is incredibly close to Lianhuachi Park; you just turn around after stepping out, and crossing the park brings you right to Beijing West Railway Station's South Square. Its location is exceptionally convenient. The room style is great, very clean and tidy, with modern facilities. What was truly memorable was the complimentary lemon tea. In the warmth of the heating, a cup of that tea was absolutely delicious. Thumbs up to the lady at the tea bar! 👍 The hotel breakfast was also excellent. There were many toppings for the noodles, which is a big plus for noodle lovers! I honestly expected a hotel near the train station to be just 'okay,' but I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommended!
