Good stay. Pool and hot tub were great. A few of the other amenities could use attention, though. One of the washing machines wasn’t working, and breakfast was cold. There is also an omelette station that apparently only operates when it’s not “slow season” The service is always incredible, and the hotel location and cleanliness was top notch. Maybe just call ahead when you’re booking so you know what to expect for breakfast. We would stay again

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

I had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the shuttle service—punctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

Hotel was pretty good. My only complaint would be the weight room. Everything is quite rusty from humidity and the treadmill didn’t work. (Not a huge problem as I was still able to workout) Room was clean, breakfast was good and other amenities were good. Would stay again!

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

Except that it is more than 70 kilometers away from the town of Jasper and a little far from the national park, everything else is satisfactory.

Great central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership. Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up). Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head. Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well).

This time I came to Calgary with my friends. The hotel is a little old and there are many shortcomings in the details. It really needs daily renovation. The advantage is that the bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

I went to the store to upgrade the Vice Presidential Suite. The size is not small, and there is only one bathroom, which is not reasonable. The food in the executive lounge is small and monotonous.
