Hotel was very clean, very nice, let me have a late check-out and the free breakfast was amazing!

The team was so kind. And my stay was short but great. My room didn't initially have lotion so I called front desk and they were up in a few mins with 3 little bottles. I've stayed here once before. It's very convenient (which you pay for) and I would defs stay again,

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Every single thing about this hotel is fantastic! Comfy beds, great location, and the pool, hot tub, and sauna are always clean, and exactly what we need after a long day of work. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

The hotel was very clean. Our room had a king size bed and a mini fridge and a very clean bathroom. There was a number of events with lots of teenagers and they put us in the far end and we never heard anything from anyone. We slept great . Breakfast had a ride ran of cereals, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and fruit, fruits, as well as yogurt, etc. it was as good as a busy place could Have. If need be, we would stay there again

酒店在城市南部的一個shopping center，周圍有Safeway，Walmart，麥當勞挺方便。附近還有一個Japanese Gardon挺好但沒有去。酒店有免費停車場，還有室內游泳池。房間整潔乾淨不錯。早餐烤腸雞蛋麪包果汁酸奶牛奶水果。晚上睡一覺很不錯。缺點空調聲音大，影響休息。

Clean and tidy room The breakfast was very simple, just eggs, potato chips and bread, and there was not much space. I was a little disappointed and had to eat out again. The hair dryer stops after 2 minutes and I can’t continue blowing. The only advantage is that it is very close to West Edmonton Mall.

O que eu gosto: a localização  É fácil IR para o Lago Louis com o autocarro público no 11 do hotel, Cerca de Dez minutos.Preparar moedas exactas porque não há mudança ($2) Um autocarro privado para o Lago Moraine está à porta da frente. A piscina é de tamanho decente e o spa é um BOM local após um dia de passeio. O pessoal de Frente do escritório, a mel, é muito útil e amigável, é paciente e orientada para o cliente, é bonito e eficiente, MAS todos OS outros funcionários de Frente que EU conheço não estão entusiasmados e não estão entusiasmados.  A comida EM pizza e pasta é BOM O que eu não gosto: O tamanho Da sala é pequeno. Nossa sala é doce quarto da Rainha. Nós não podemos abrir a nossa mala. No edifício principal, as quartos diretamente diante da piscina não são privados, como as pessoas no spa podem ver você.  O Kettle é velho e não SEM fios, só fornece chávenas de papel Na sala.
