Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Everything is good! Even the restaurant food is good. Will book again.

The room is not very clean. Especially, the pillow has hair on it. The towel in front of the bathtub is dirty.

Hotel was very clean, very nice, let me have a late check-out and the free breakfast was amazing!

Hotel was pretty good. My only complaint would be the weight room. Everything is quite rusty from humidity and the treadmill didn’t work. (Not a huge problem as I was still able to workout) Room was clean, breakfast was good and other amenities were good. Would stay again!

First, I would like to commend their front desk staff — they were incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, which made for a great first impression. However, there were a few issues in the room that I believe should be brought to their attention:    •   Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed hairs in the bathtub.    •   The bathtub itself seemed quite old and difficult to use — water would flow out easily during use, making it hard to enjoy a proper bath.    •   The comforter on the bed did not smell like fresh linen, which affected the overall sense of cleanliness and comfort in the room. While I appreciated the hospitality of your staff, I believe that addressing these room-related concerns will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

The staff were friendly and very nice while dealing with me who has bad social anxiety. They treated me with the upmost respect. The hotel room was honestly the best one I've stayed in in Camrose and I've stayed in 98% of them recently (going through separation) Very clean & not cluttered I enjoyed my stay allot! The night staff ( more like night angel) even helped me out when I went to shower & had forgotten my razor ! I have nothing bad to say whatsoever :) keep up the good work Camrose Resort & Casino Hotel ! Thank you for making my stay Sept 20-21 st the easiest stay I've ever had at a hotel & being so great to deal with!

Every single thing about this hotel is fantastic! Comfy beds, great location, and the pool, hot tub, and sauna are always clean, and exactly what we need after a long day of work. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The team was so kind. And my stay was short but great. My room didn't initially have lotion so I called front desk and they were up in a few mins with 3 little bottles. I've stayed here once before. It's very convenient (which you pay for) and I would defs stay again,
