The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!

Dirigimos para o sul do Lago Biwa e chegamos ao Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, o local da cúpula do G7. Inesperadamente, a recepcionista mal-educada nos ofereceu o tipo de quarto, dizendo que era um upgrade, mas, em vez disso, nos deu dois quartos com formato estranho e um forte cheiro de mofo, extremamente inconvenientes para usar. Entramos em contato com o atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip para expressar nossa relutância em ficar e pressionar por uma solução. Felizmente, depois de mais de duas horas de insistência, a Ctrip finalmente conseguiu os dois quartos no mesmo andar (como eles não me deram um quarto quando claramente tinham um?). Eles também concordaram em reembolsar a diferença de preço e pediram desculpas. O atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip foi ao mesmo tempo tranquilizador e reconfortante. Só às 2 da manhã finalmente conseguimos descansar um pouco. Mas, deixando isso de lado, o nascer do sol sobre o Mar Interior de Seto 🌄 foi de tirar o fôlego. Acordamos cedo para aproveitar as fontes termais, e o restaurante na cobertura serviu um delicioso café da manhã. Aceitamos o pedido de desculpas da recepção e deixamos para lá! Afinal, estamos aqui para viajar, não para ficar com raiva, certo? Deixe a luz do sol brilhar e dissipar essas frustrações sombrias!

our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10] room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10] location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10] cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

Segunda estadia. Ainda foi ótimo. Fiquei muito satisfeito com tudo, desde o quarto até a comida e o serviço! O rodízio de bebidas no buffet certamente irá satisfazer aqueles que amam bebidas alcoólicas! Era a viagem de aniversário da minha filha, então ela ficou muito feliz com os pratos de sobremesa e os presentes preparados. Foi a primeira vez que levei minha família para cá, mas eles gostaram tanto que decidimos ficar lá todos os anos! É perto do terminal de balsas e eles guardam minha bagagem com prazer, o que é muito útil.

Senti o serviço de um autêntico hotel clássico. Este hotel se destaca pela vista incomparável do Castelo de Hiroshima, acessibilidade ao Centro Rodoviário de Hiroshima, instalações bem conservadas e simpatia dos funcionários. Enquanto visitava Hiroshima, sofri um acidente onde deixei minha sacola de compras em um ônibus urbano e pedi ajuda ao hotel. Sempre havia funcionários que falavam coreano, então a comunicação linguística era fácil. A equipe coreana e o gerente do hotel contataram ativamente a empresa de ônibus, então consegui entrar em contato com o motorista do ônibus em que estava. Como era um ônibus urbano, decidi esperar no ponto de retorno e pegar meu ônibus. bagagem que deixei para trás. Conforme instruído pelo hotel, eu estava esperando no ponto de ônibus mais cedo do que o horário marcado. No entanto, o gerente do hotel parecia estar preocupado com a possibilidade de não conseguirmos encontrar o ponto de ônibus ou nos comunicar com o motorista do ônibus, então chegamos. hora marcada e atravessamos a faixa de pedestres em tempo frio vestindo apenas nossos uniformes. Você voltou para a parada de travessia. Fiquei realmente arrependido e muito grato. Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob. Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

家族4人(高校生、大学生含む)で一部屋を取りたかったので、夏休み中ということもあり早めに予約していました。3日前までキャンセル可能というのも安心でした。シェアホテルがどんなホテルなのか不安でしたが、バス、トイレはお部屋にあるし、アメニティも十分あるので何の支障もなかったです。そして、とてもスタイリッシュでキレイ。 ロフトタイプで一人ずつベッドor布団があるので、広々と寝ることができました。

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.
