Hotel muito bom para ficar muito confortável, pois fica no centro da cidade e tem muitos lugares para visitar.

The pool at Hotel Arts was lovely—we were on a staycation, and the pool really made us feel like we were on a tropical holiday. The rooms and the service were also everything you would want out of a hotel, with a location to boot. Great experience all around.

considering its a higher priced property the amenities are not great, rooms are ok. There are stairs located in odd locations which can make it difficult to get to your room with a suitcase.

Conveniently located downtown. Easy parking.
However, also booked this hotel for it's pool but could not enjoy it at all. The pool water was too cold for enjoyable swim.

Used the toilet once and it flooded the whole room, wanted a refund got denied and blamed after speaking with *******, I’m not sure how 1 flush even with me checking pretty late 7:30pm just to sleep there and leave the next day, they stated its customers use issue. Do not recommend

This hotel is terrible. It’s basically a nicely decorated Holiday Inn. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. They give you twin sized pillows for a king size bed and no sheet. The temperature in the room is way too hot and very difficult to manage. Pay a few extra dollars to stay at the Fairmount around the corner.

We stayed here on Sunday November 12th. It was recommended as we were going to a concert at the Saddledome that night. Great location and short walk to our venue. Friendly service upon arrival and check in was smooth and easy. We used Valet parking and they were great. Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Love the location. There is a nice little tavern right across the way that we love to go to. The rooms are lovely. Bed was super comfy. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very nice however, I wouldn't be comfortable taking kids. It seems more geared towards adults. I highly recommend, especially if going to an event downtown. We will stay again next time we are in the city.
