We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Love the design of this 112 year old hotel. We were charmed by the facade and interior of the 112 year old building. The Hankou Riqing International Firm Building was built in 1913 in the Renaissance Style with a distinguishing Byzantine styled tower at one corner as its outstanding feature. It is 36 metres in height and has 4 floors. It was originally used as a office building for the Riqin shipping company. This historic building was renovated during the construction of the Jianghan Road Commercial Pedestrianisation Scheme in 2000. A big thanks to the lady at the reception called Shylie who went out of her way to assist us to book the Apollo Go Self Driving Taxi. We had to goto Hanyang District to catch the taxi and we couldn't book the taxi ourselves as we don't have Wechatpay so Shylie offered to help us. Love everything about the hotel. Location is great as it is next to the Jianghan Shopping Street

A experiência geral era boa.O pessoal era bom e as nossas necessidades foram atendidas imediatamente.Só notou algumas coisas: a AC no quarto não estava funcionando bem, era demasiado quente para ser transferida para um novo quarto, e então o novo quarto que transferimos era menor. A AC estava bem.O problema, embora as folhas tenham cheiro velho e moscado, e a drenagem do tubo foi quebrada.É UMA experiência para UMA suite Continental Clube/VIP. Oh, por acaso, não há bidet 😆

An absolutely amazing hotel. I think it’s the best one we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is clean, incredibly beautiful, and cozy. The reception staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are delicious. This place has everything you need for a great trip. My husband and I don’t speak Chinese, and the staff helped us with everything — ordering room service, showing us the way to the laundry, and they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a drink and fruit platter voucher for our anniversary. It was such a sweet gesture, and we were genuinely impressed and happy with our stay. 🫠🥰

The service is good and the room is clean. Despite the harsh weather conditions, the room is always cool. Well ventilated. They also have a handsome and beautiful receptionist who always welcomes customers with a smile. Despite the language barrier, I enjoy my days in their facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

O ambiente de toda a sala é aceitável. A sala é grande o suficiente, a cama é confortável e as instalações estão completas. O acima exposto é o meu sentimento desta vez. Além do serviço, ainda estou satisfeito com o quarto, mas o serviço do hotel também é um aspecto importante.

The hotel is located on a main road so it’s very convenient to get on your rides. Despite being on the main street, it isn’t noisy. I enjoyed my stay very much. They even have a good selection of movies and dramas that came free without needing any additional subscription. The cleanliness is great. The pillows and beddings are also really comfortable. The hotel provides free bottled water and 2 cans of soda, so it’s perfect to wind down with movies and supper after a long day of exploration. Love the bathroom, with automatic bidet system and fantastic water pressure.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Wuhan stop, you've already found it - easy go is very nice, comfortable and cosy hotel that made our stay in Wuhan super. Staff was very friendly, they let us make early check-in, gave us welcome fruit plate, didn't take money for our children breakfast. Buffet is open 24 hour (free coffee) and you can come with your own food and chill there any time. I definitely recommend Easy Go for all travellers

O hotel Pode ver todos OS tipos de chá quente e beber um copo de chá quente e calor.O deslumbrante de 9 cores é Muito bonito.O serviço é entusiasmado.Muito Feliz viagem. Local insuficiente: 1. O sabor do agente de limpeza do ar no quarto de Montanha é ligeiramente pesado; 2. A piscina de lavagem do quarto é ligeiramente Mais Alta para OS miúdos, e a água do dragão é fácil de afundar para o chão.
