We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. Comecei a minha viagem com a reserva do hotel errado - o mesmo nome, MAS EM UMA Cidade diferente.O hotel aceitou um reembolso completo, embora fosse muito além do período de reembolso. Eu estava grato por isso. Quando cheguei, o hotel estava centralmente localizado à beira da rua de caminhada cheia de compras e comida boa.O pessoal do hotel estava educado, quente e bem treinado. Gostaria de mencionar especialmente o Sr. Peter (Poi-Yan) dos serviços de concierge, que, embora fosse apenas um treinador no hotel, foi acima e para além das suas funções para me ajudar a resolver as minhas questões com as minhas entregas locais.

Love the design of this 112 year old hotel. We were charmed by the facade and interior of the 112 year old building. The Hankou Riqing International Firm Building was built in 1913 in the Renaissance Style with a distinguishing Byzantine styled tower at one corner as its outstanding feature. It is 36 metres in height and has 4 floors. It was originally used as a office building for the Riqin shipping company. This historic building was renovated during the construction of the Jianghan Road Commercial Pedestrianisation Scheme in 2000. A big thanks to the lady at the reception called Shylie who went out of her way to assist us to book the Apollo Go Self Driving Taxi. We had to goto Hanyang District to catch the taxi and we couldn't book the taxi ourselves as we don't have Wechatpay so Shylie offered to help us. Love everything about the hotel. Location is great as it is next to the Jianghan Shopping Street

O hotel Pode ver todos OS tipos de chá quente e beber um copo de chá quente e calor.O deslumbrante de 9 cores é Muito bonito.O serviço é entusiasmado.Muito Feliz viagem. Local insuficiente: 1. O sabor do agente de limpeza do ar no quarto de Montanha é ligeiramente pesado; 2. A piscina de lavagem do quarto é ligeiramente Mais Alta para OS miúdos, e a água do dragão é fácil de afundar para o chão.

The hotel's ambiance was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant on the first floor has a French theme, and their Hubei-style dishes are exquisitely presented. On the seventh floor, there's a lovely 180-degree terrace, and the light show was beautiful. Since I was wearing a skirt and my legs were a bit cold, the staff thoughtfully brought me a blanket and a cushion. The drinks were all stunning and unique to the hotel. A special shout-out to the butler and the bartender – they were both fantastic!

Além do serviço, ainda estou satisfeito com o quarto, mas o serviço do hotel também é um aspecto importante.

Hotel muito antigo. Tudo parece muito desgastado, com mofo visível por todo o quarto. Azulejos rachados e papel de parede se soltando. O pior foi o atendimento: pedi informações sobre como reservar ingressos para o Museu Provincial de Hubei, pois sou estrangeiro e tive problemas com minha conta do WeChat. O concierge verificou e disse que não podia fazer nada. O que me surpreendeu foi que, enquanto falava comigo, ele nem sequer olhava para mim. Em outro incidente, avisei o hotel no dia anterior que precisaria fazer o check-out às 6h30 para pegar um trem cedo. O concierge me garantiu que um café da manhã embalado estaria pronto para eu pegar no check-out. No entanto, quando fiz o check-out no dia marcado, o café da manhã não estava pronto e tive que esperar 10 minutos para que ficasse pronto. Eu imaginava que a Hilton tentaria compensar as instalações antigas (sobre as quais entendo que não há muito o que fazer) com um serviço mais focado no cliente (o que faz com que o cliente se sinta mais acolhido). Infelizmente, eu estava enganado. No geral, uma estadia muito decepcionante.

強烈推薦咸寧碧桂園鳳凰温泉中心温泉湯院！位置在高處，安靜私密，視野開闊，被山林包圍特別治癒。房間乾淨整潔，私湯池水質很好，水温可調，泡着温泉看山景太舒服。前台和客房工作人員熱情細心，全程體驗感滿分，武漢周邊泡湯天花板，家庭、情侶都很適合！推薦

Booked the hotel for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and because of the pool available to use. After checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room and were gifted a complementare tea/coffee voucher whilst we waited for our new room. Our luggage was taken up to the room whilst we enjoyed our coffee. The room was nice and clean and had a good view of the city. We decided to change and head down to the pool, only to be told a swimming cap was required if we wanted to swim, they had swim caps to buy but for the sake of a one night stay we decided not to purchase the swim caps as we wouldn't have used them again, I feel like had we known about this rule when booking we could have prepared our own to take. When we returned back to the room we decided to run a bath, whilst running the bath house keeping invited themselves into our room and then left when they realised it was occupied. We thought this was strange as we hadn't long checked in and didn't require housekeeping. Other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!
