"Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area."

"My overall experience at the hotel was okay, but there were a couple of issues that stood out. Some of the towels in my room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the lobby area had exposed cigarette butts that hadn’t been cleaned up, which gave a poor impression upon entering. While the stay was otherwise fine, addressing these cleanliness and odor issues would make the experience much better."

"Our third stay (the same room) here, still great but I noticed some downgrades. First they changed the toiletries, before they used l'occitane now they use an unknown for me brand. The second thing - there was no coffee machine in the room like it was before. I asked the manager and they brought it. The rest is just perfect."

"O atendimento no check in foi um pouco Complicado pois as atendentes não falavam inglês. Mesmo com aplicativo de tradução o atendimento foi muito moroso. O quarto de forma geral era bom (destaque para chuveiro e ar condicionado). Entretanto, tive experiência muito ruim quando falo da qualidade do colchão. Nunca na minha vida e viajando mais de 50 países me deparei com um colchão que era tão duro como estar deitando no chão. Ao tirar os lençóis e avaliar o colchão vi que o mesmo não possuía espuma então somente sistema de molas dura e um pillow top de papel cartonado (tipo papelão). Eram várias camadas de papelão que fizeram a superfície do colchão parecer ser de madeira/pedra. As camas do hotel são todas assim…"

"Como um hotel resort que apoia a estação de esqui Fulong, o Chongli Fulong Holiday Hotel tem uma localização superior. O hotel fica a pouco mais de 100 metros do centro de atendimento ao visitante da estação de esqui, por isso fica a uma curta caminhada de distância. O serviço no hotel é muito bom. Aconteceu que era 8 de março no dia seguinte. O hotel deu a cada deusa um leão de sobremesa especial, que era muito quente. Deixamos nossos pertences no hotel, então ligamos para o hotel dois dias depois, e a recepção rapidamente nos ajudou a encontrá-los e providenciou para devolvê-los. O atendimento é muito bom e merece elogios!"
