O MEU amigo e EU reservamos um quarto duplo com dois camas de solteiro, para um preço excelente.Ao chegarmos, nós fomos atualizados para UMA suite com quartos separados e casas de banho separadas, que é tão surpresa e tão bonita. O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. Estamos a um passeio muito curto para a Praia de Dadonghai. Foi UMA viagem fantástica, obrigado!

5 ótimos dias para minha família com o Atlantis Sanya! Possui um enorme e fantástico parque aquático, piscinas limpas e um interessante aquário. Houve alguns problemas ocorridos com outros hóspedes durante a estadia, mas a equipe respondeu muito rapidamente e da maneira adequada, por isso aproveitamos o resto do tempo sem maiores problemas. Realmente apreciei Dikshya por seu gentil apoio durante a nossa estadia! E também gostaria de agradecer a Dary Chen, que trabalha no Atlantis Club, por sua gentileza. Até breve novamente Atlântida!!

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Agora, este hotel é, sem dúvida, o melhor hotel em que já fiquei! Como uma viajante solo negra, sempre sinto a necessidade de me sentir extra segura em novos lugares, mas este lugar? Incrível! Do hotel de frente para a praia, passando pelo aluguel de bicicletas bem em frente ao hotel, o espaço incrível que o hotel realmente é, até a equipe!!! Esta é definitivamente a minha principal recomendação para quem visita Sanya! Nunca me senti tão bem-vinda por estrangeiros. Assim que entrei no hotel, a equipe estava pronta para ajudar, e a barreira do idioma não os impediu de fornecer um serviço 100%! Eles recomendaram atividades e até me levaram ao salão e me buscaram de volta depois! Eu poderia falar sobre este lugar sem parar, hahaha. O MELHOR HOTEL!! 这家酒店的工作人员让我的体验如此顺利！我感到非常被爱和欢迎！

Quem se hospeda aqui perde dinheiro. Tem um terraço enorme com vista para o mar, mas é longe do mar. No 3º andar, o que se vê é a sala de máquinas do parque. Dá para ver o mar, mas não vale a pena. O chá de leite é muito bom. **Ambiente:** A piscina tem bastante gente, a maioria com crianças. **Higiene:** Tinha uma coisa no travesseiro que parecia ranho seco. No início, não sabia o que era, peguei para ver e me deu nojo. Não parecia folha seca, era transparente. **Instalações:** O hotel é um pouco escuro. Cheguei de tarde com fome e pedi comida para entregar, mas mal dava para ver os pratos. A mesa redonda é muito pequena e inconveniente, e o estilo é bem antigo. **Serviço:** Assim que entrei no quarto, um funcionário trouxe sopa de cogumelo tremella. O hotel também oferece frutas de boas-vindas. Na chegada e na saída, ajudaram com a bagagem.

This is one of those hotels I *had* to leave a glowing review for. Honestly, given the price, I wasn't expecting much, and Wyndham hasn't always impressed me in the past. But from the moment I stepped out of the car, Mr. He from the concierge team rushed over to open the door and help with my luggage, greeting me so warmly. When I mentioned wanting to go to the gym, he even took me there to show me around first. And then there were Xiao Jun at the front desk and Raja from India – their service was absolutely outstanding, so professional and enthusiastic. These were just three staff members I encountered, but everyone else was equally excellent. The location is also top-notch, right by the sea, and the cleanliness is great too. Purely from an experience perspective, it felt no different from hotels I've stayed at costing thousands a night. Definitely the best hotel in Wenchang, no competition.

Adoramos nossa estadia neste hotel! O ponto alto, sem dúvida, é a localização perfeita. Fica pertinho da praia e, todas as manhãs, estávamos a poucos passos da areia e do mar. A região é fantástica, com vários cafés populares com vista para o mar bem perto — perfeitos para um café da manhã ou um drinque ao pôr do sol. Outro grande ponto positivo foi a facilidade de comunicação. A equipe foi incrivelmente atenciosa e prestativa pelo WeChat. Uma pequena observação para futuros hóspedes: os pontos de embarque do Didi ficam um pouco distantes. Recomendo muito para quem busca uma verdadeira escapada à beira-mar com ótima comunicação!

I immensely enjoyed my stay in Central Coast Sea.View Hotel Sanya for 4 nights. Excellent breakfast hall and food selection. Excellent butler service by Levi . You can request water, towels, utensils (cutlery) from WeChat message. Also, the complimentary fruit plate was excellent . ( look for the mango mini size and passion fruit). The front desk staff ( Lila ) was very helpful in ordering food from ******* ( dumplings ) and then I simply send her money from AliPay. As of April 2025, There is a major construction ( underwater tunnel ) and there is some noise, however the noise subsided at night around 9pm. Overall, highly recommend . Excellent hotel, amazing views, amazing location, very central and amazing value compared to other 5 star hotels in Sanya Hainan area. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sanya.

Absolutely astonishing view, great place, hope to visit it again! A little bit hard to move around, but thanks to the fellas who drove us around every time!
