"1) Check in was smooth and fast. The hotel arranged our 4 rooms on the same floor, this was very helpful as travelling with my elderly mom. 2) Rooms are spacious and very clean. Room amenities well equipped. Only thing the in-room mini bar served only tea bags. For coffee drinkers, need to bring your own ready mix coffee and stirrers. Or just walk out the street or ******* if need coffee. 3) Hotel has many meeting rooms for wedding or event. on 25 Oct we saw at least 6 wedding cars at the foyer area. 4) Location is pretty centralized and can view the space center from some room, the hotel AI will send great information via Trip.com once your booking is confirmed. Very good innovative."

"Nice hotel very convenient for one night and comfortable for 1 night stay. Change money before you come to the hotel as no atm nearby and visa and mastercard not accepted. If in transit you can claim 40 rmb per person back at the airport for spending on food before your flight. Come early and bring your boarding passes!"

"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period."

O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. "Although i was only supposed to checkin at 14:00 after arriving haikou at 03:20, the staff were kind and helpful to let me checkin early at 8:00. There is no lift for my room somehow but the staff helped me carry my baggage up there. They also help you receive your packages if you plan to buy taobao in china, which is super convenient. Location wise, although its beside the train station, there isnt much to eat around the area. Would recommend if you plan to travel using train to other cities like sanya or wenchang but definitely not if you were to only stay in haikou. Room is big, has bidet, toilet and shower is separated. Also have free coffee machines that you can use your get a drink."

"The both hotel room 906 & 723 are so clean and is Smart system. The concierge staff are very helpful and room cleaners are very helpful & responsible too.I will definitely come back again and recommend my friend too. Especially when we check out the room and our flight is 11pm,the concierge guy still allow us to use the rest room,I really appreciate for his extra mile. Thanks to all the staff👍👍👍👍👍 I gave them 5 Stars"
