The hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option.

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

The hotel was very nice, new and clean. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful with our needs and in recommending places for us to visit or eat. Location was great as there were many shops and food choices around the hotel which was right inside the Old Street. Our only issue was getting our taxi / ride hailing cars to pick us / drop us off at the hotel entrance because most drivers were not aware that they can drive in through the side road.

Good location with natural view of grassland and mountain. The tent are next to river stream. Very good place to relax. Outdoor walk way to room need lighting during nite. Breakfast provided is too small portion. Staff are good and.helpful. Management need enhance the quality of the tent and room.

設施：雲鏡酒店風格類似三亞亞龍灣的鳥巢酒店， 設施比較齊全，房間裝修用材和軟裝搭配都很好，入住之後感覺處處都很精緻。 衞生：乾淨整潔，一塵不染，沒有衞生死角，床鋪也非常乾淨舒適。 環境：酒店位於地勢高的那個村子，環境很好，可以全方位觀景，特別是看日出，可以不用去觀景台，直接在房間露台看日出。酒店旁邊有三個觀景台，都很近。因為這次行程問題，我們退掉了第二天晚上的民宿，衹在扎尕那住了一晚，幸好選擇了雲鏡酒店，讓我們扎尕那之行有了很好的體驗。 服務：服務也很好，路上就加了管家小楊微信，給我們耐心的指路，辦理入住後，非常熱心的幫我們拿行李，因為有些高反的原因，連隨手提的袋子都是管家幫忙提的，入住期間有任何問題，小楊管家都耐心的第一時間回覆，還給我們推薦遊玩線路，特別用心。 最後，唯一一點不好的體驗是，一大早6點多就被叔叔阿姨們木棧道上重重的腳步聲説話聲吵醒，推門看，原來是在我們房間露台拍照，希望大家出門遊玩儘量不要影響到別人，也請酒店做出提醒。

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

Não recomendo reservar este hotel. Embora fique bem atrás da Estação Ferroviária Oeste de Lanzhou, a rua não está aberta, então você precisa fazer um desvio para chegar lá. O transporte é muito inconveniente e a tarifa de táxi em Lanzhou durante o Festival da Primavera é absurdamente cara! Minha impressão de Lanzhou depois de viajar pelo noroeste da China é péssima. Lanzhou é aceitável como ponto de passagem, mas não há necessidade de pernoitar; é uma perda de tempo e energia. Ao fazer o check-in no hotel, encontrei uma garrafa de água mineral usada que não havia sido trocada e a fechadura do banheiro estava trancada pelo lado de fora. Embora o hotel afirme ter acabado de abrir, a julgar pela decoração e pela extensão dos danos, é muito provável que seja um hotel com outra marca, anunciado novamente no Ctrip.
