I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
The surroundings are beautiful, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures — no bad surprises at all!
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Terracotta Hotel offers a peaceful retreat by Tuyen Lam Lake. Ideal for couples seeking minimalism and nature over shopping. While some facilities age, the hygiene is reliable. Breakfast spread is nice, but limited food options for the rest of the day. Frequented by tour groups. Pool felt aged.

The best resort in the town. The room is pretty clean and they housekeep everyday. They have mini shuttle called buggy inside the resort which helps you go around. Only downside was the swimming pool is not clean as I expected. But it was the best experience we had in the Mui Ne. Definitely gonna stay here again.

I was very pleased. I loved the service and the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The landlord always responded quickly to requests and was helpful with everything. The hotel was nice; I paid extra for the sauna and hammam, went to the gym, and enjoyed swimming in the pools. The view from the window was beautiful. I am very grateful for your work and I make you happy with your clients.

A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

Персонал дружелюбный, если имеется вопросы, они помогут во всём. На месте можно наказать некоторые напитки, очень понравился соленый кофе. На территории отеля нравится всё: бассейн, как обустроен сад, напитки, возможность забронировать байк и экскурсии. Номер с кондиционером, высокие потолки, чистый, убираются каждый день. При выезде персонал лично довёз до автобусной остановки, по своей инициативе, что было очень приятно. Отель находится недалеко от пляжа. Если есть байк, то нет проблем с передвижением. Из плюса именно в этой части муйне можно прочувствовать настоящий Вьетнам.

The hotel is located in Mui Ne, on the main street which the travel bus from Ho Chi Minh can go pass to drop you. Staffs are friendly, the room is clean. TV, AC, hair dryer and iron are provided in the room.
The pool and the sea are definitely our favorites. We have experienced wonderful sunset as well as the sea which is right next to the hotel.
Will comeback next time if we have the chance.

Um óptimo hotel se você estiver EM bicicleta ou se você não planeja sair do território.
E com isso não se pode sair, é Muito bonito!Bacias, bares, lojas, cafés, restaurantes de cozinha - tudo está e está a um nível muito decente.O pessoal é tão bem-vindo quanto possível e pronto para resolver todas as questões rapidamente.
Há um pacote de serviços adicionais pagos com sauna, simuladores e piscina, mas mesmo que não o compre, você não se sente dedicado.Uma vez que há um Grande número de serviços incluídos, por exemplo, a piscina Mais bonita com um bar e UMA vista para o oceano.
É pensado que o território está a correr um carro elétrico, MAS há um escalador Quase Na praia - um excelente atração.
A Praia é limpa, o Mar é bonito, e a manhã é incrível.
A sala é espaçosa, a cama é confortável, limpa todos OS dias, a água é sempre disponível.
No entanto, a Comissão não pode aceitar a proposta de alteração.
Ainda assim, um Grande benefício que a partir de aqui chega rapidamente às principais atrações, as areias vermelhas e brancas de Muyne.
É tudo necessário!

Recentemente me hospedei no MerPerle e tive uma experiência, no geral, agradável. O quarto era limpo, bem projetado, novo e bem conservado. No entanto, uma desvantagem foi o nível de ruído. Meu quarto ficava de frente para a rua e era bastante barulhento. A porta de correr para a varanda não oferecia muito isolamento acústico, o que às vezes dificultava o sono. Se você planeja se hospedar aqui, recomendo ficar em um quarto que não fique de frente para a rua principal.

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

GGuest UserHotel is just a short 5-10mins drive from the city centre, and within walking distance to Futa Bus Station. Hotel is decent, room is spacious, breakfast spread is a lot as well. 2 complimentary bottles of water a day only.
Sprained my ankle in the hotel, and the staff were very quick and friendly to assist, including getting me an ankle guard, and having ice on standby when I need it. Very thankful for the service!

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33
I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

1118167****The service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

GGuest UserThematically decorated hotel in pirate style which probably kids will be fond of. As for us looked pretty much artificial without some common facilities fr example no big lobby with convenient waiting area.
Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area.
Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location.
Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

ББрицынаBased on the photos, everything looks great. But two days here is definitely enough. It's my first time in Mui Ne, and initially, I didn't realize how far this place is from the center or what that even meant. The price certainly justifies the stay – just be aware that you're staying in an area far from town, where all the cafes and shops offer the same limited selection. If you love good food and enjoy a cappuccino in the morning, this isn't the place for you.))
The grounds are small and beautiful, the rooms are clean and new, and there's a pleasant view from the window. The room price includes access to one pool (the second isn't necessary and costs an additional 170k). There are electric carts and escalators for easy access to and from the sea. It gets very windy and even chilly in the evenings. We didn't have hot water in our room.
If you want to escape civilization, this place is perfect. If not, it's better to choose a hotel in central Mui Ne.

Cleanliness: Generally okay, but they forgot to clean the room. They brought replacement items on the spot.
Environment: Other than that, the environment is good, but the breakfast was terrible. For such a big hotel, there's only one breakfast restaurant, which was very crowded and negatively impacted the experience.
Service: Pretty good.
LED and Fire Art Performance: There's a performance at the outdoor dinner's round table stage. If you're not dining, you can only sit on the steps to watch. It's an optional watch, nothing special.
