A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

We had a very warm and pleasant stay at this homestay. Location: 4/5 – It’s not right in the city center, but it’s not too far either, about 7 km away. The location is convenient for getting around, especially to places like Dốc Hoàng Hôn and Bãi đá Ông Địa, while still being quiet and peaceful. The hosts are the highlight of this place. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. They went above and beyond to support us throughout our stay. The room was new, clean, and beautifully maintained. Even though the hosts had recently experienced a flood, they made a great effort to repair and prepare everything to welcome guests, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back again.

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

Terracotta Hotel offers a peaceful retreat by Tuyen Lam Lake. Ideal for couples seeking minimalism and nature over shopping. While some facilities age, the hygiene is reliable. Breakfast spread is nice, but limited food options for the rest of the day. Frequented by tour groups. Pool felt aged.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The surroundings are beautiful, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures — no bad surprises at all! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

The hotel was beautifully designed. It was clean and comfortable. The room i’ve gotten was good enough. Youtube and Netflix available for you to connect. You can also rent their motorbikes for 150k, slightly pricier than others however you don’t have to worry about being scammed. But, please do your due diligence of checking the serviceability of the bike. Early booking comes with extra cost tho.

An excellent place for a vacation, whether you're a couple or a family. It's a huge complex with all the necessary amenities. There are cafes and shops on site, but prices are a bit steep. The nearest town is a 20-minute taxi or scooter ride away. We rented a scooter right at the complex. It's a secluded complex with its own beach. There are 6 pools within the complex (one with slides, a main one, two on the rooftops of different sections, one in a separate spa complex, and our favorite by the Pool Bar with a stunning sea view). It's clean and aesthetically pleasing. But keep in mind, there's not much to see or do outside the complex. This is purely a relaxation retreat.

Mỗi lần ghé là mỗi lần thấy đẹp hơn, sạch sẻ vô cùng, họ chăm chút phòng nào cũng sạch mặc dù sử dụng vật liệu thô mộc. Chiếc giường siêu êm, gió mát, nhiều cây cối. Nghe nói đạt giải kiến trúc, bản thân tôi thấy cũng đúng, có thể là do ý tưởng họ khá hay. Dù đã ở nhiều khách sạn, nhưng tôi thấy được sự ấm áp trong thiết kế này. Không hào nhoáng mà thân tình. À! Nay mới thử ăn sáng và cà phê, đợt trước tưởng không có. Nhà hàng nhìn núi đẹp, ngồi ăn cũng thích. Phở ngon, cà phê họ làm rất chất lượng. Chồng tôi k biết tiếng việt, mà ở đây buồng phòng, lễ tân hay nhân viên họ đều nói được tiếng anh và vui vẻ. Chuyến đi sau tết này thật ý nghĩa với gia đình tôi.

But where to go to the beach when you come to Mui Ne? This neighborhood is a local area, things are cheap, but there is nothing delicious. Seafood also needs to go to the port. One man in Mui Ne hit the grab every day, running around. If you count the taxi money, it is still suitable to live by the sea. Staying for three consecutive days did not take the initiative to replenish water and clean. The front desk is zero English, and the phone software can communicate. The pool is good, the environment, trees, green plants are good, and there will be mosquitoes at night.
