Удивили, порадовали. Отель, правда, пустой стоял. Два дня из четырех кроме нас вообще никого не было. Трансфер от/до аэропорта. При выезде подарки. При въезде -welkom juice. Вежливые. Пытаются угодить. Теперь это редкость. Безопасно.

Facility is great.nice infinity pool to swim and fabulous bey view. Room also big with a very good bathtub . Try their massage you be surprised.
Let’s talk about things need improvement.
1.mid night to 2am there’s construction knocking on going in restaurant which is right beside my room. I heard it loud and clear i just didn’t dare to believe this is what happened in a high end hotel. It’s common sense not to make noises during night time any level hotel. in the end i ran out 2am to restaurant to order them stop make noises at this hr. so they stopped.
2.then again 6am gardener is walking around besides my room several times. I can hear very clearly he is walking around and watering. Is that necessary to do gardening so early when ppl still try sleeping?
really needs to train their employees
to v some basic knowledge what not to do.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel car cela faisait un moment que nous n'étions pas venus à Nosy Bé. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. De la navette d'arrivée à la navette de départ tout a été parfait. Une belle structure, une plage nettoyée tous les jours, le personnel toujours souriant et compétent, la bonne nourriture, les activités proposées, la piscine face à la mer et le superbe coucher de soleil. Un petit mot aussi pour son directeur très accessible et bienveillant. Bref tout cela pour dire que nous reviendrons et recommandons le Palm Beach Resort and Spa de Nosy Bé

Плюсы отеля: просторный номер (у нас был Big Panoramic Suite with Sea and Garden View) с большой ванной комнатой (душ) и огромной террасой с потрясающим видом! В номере есть все необходимое (кондей, вентилятор, чайник, холодильник), сантехника новая в отличном состоянии. Большая кровать. Все очень здорово. В отеле очень чисто, аккуратно. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный, старается угодить. Организуют трансфер от аэропорта (80 тыс местных), можно взять экскурсии (цена как и везде). По всем вопросам пытается помочь.
Минусы: свой территории нет почти, есть только небольшой но милый бассеин на 5-6 лежаков (всегда свободны). До моря идти вниз минут 6, но море не красивое, на дне ил, никто не купается. Из минусов очень слабый завтрак (блинчики, йогурты, самса, булочки, немного фруктов, напитки), за яичницу и омлет нужно дополнительно платить (5,6 тыс местных). Вода в номере не предоставляется. Из мыльных принадлежностей только мыло.
Но за шикарный вид и огромный номер можно забыть минусы:)

Check-in: 5/5 The check-in process was fast and efficient. All advance requests regarding the room were fulfilled perfectly, and the staff responded to my pre-arrival emails promptly and clearly. No security deposit was required. No welcome drinks were offered. Internet vouchers are available immediately at check-in, with a unique password provided for each device. A towel card for beach towels is also given. Reputable hotels should abandon the outdated practice of towel cards, especially since the towels themselves are worn and unlikely to be taken as souvenirs by guests. Check-out: 4/5 Check-out is strictly at 11:00. At 10:50 housekeeping was already waiting by the door. A two-hour late check-out came with an unfriendly surcharge of 50 EUR. Room (#814): 4/5 The room is spacious and well-appointed for a 4-star property, but I have to lower my rating due to visible wear and tear. The toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall. Both the shower and sink faucets were leaking and splashing water in all directions, causing water to seep from the bathroom into the corridor and the room itself. Hot water pressure was generally good, with only one disruption during a two-week stay. Toiletries are basic: shower gel, shampoo, and soap. The bathroom lighting is very dim. Wardrobe doors are saggy and do not close completely. The balcony door also does not close fully, so the latch cannot be engaged. While the hotel and island felt very safe (no risk of a break-in), if a neighbour on the adjacent balcony smokes, the smell is distinctly noticeable inside the room. The balcony view itself is pleasant. The in-room safe is spacious enough to fit a laptop easily. A mini-fridge is available but barely cools, and the minibar is empty. Only one small bottle of drinking water is provided upon arrival; guests must purchase any additional water thereafter, which is unusual for a hotel at this level – an odd area of cost-cutting. The air conditioner works efficiently. I found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable and slept poorly. The room is exceptionally quiet – no noise from neighbours or hotel staff. The only sound was a cow mooing in the nearby village in the mornings, which didn't bother me much. Housekeeping does not intrude early; cleaning is conducted discreetly, quickly, and to a high standard. Useful extras included a large beach bag and two umbrellas. There were occasional power outages, lasting from 5 to 30 seconds. Breakfast: 5/5 Breakfast is very good for a 4-star hotel, with a fairly wide selection, though the menu is identical each day except for two varieties of freshly squeezed juice that rotate daily. Fruits are limited to melon, pineapple, papaya, and bananas. Service is attentive and efficient, with plenty of available tables, including many with beautiful sea and beach views. There are never any lines. The only minor drawback: omelets were prepared slowly, likely due to low stove power rather than staff efficiency. Beach: 5/5 The beach is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with sun loungers and umbrellas always available. Hotel staff regularly clean seaweed from the beach. Security guards are always present, so belongings could be left unattended without worry. Beach vendors keep a respectful distance and do not bother guests. The sea is generally clean, although occasional seaweed may drift in. Tides are minimal and do not cause inconvenience. The sun is very intense; sunscreen of at least SPF 50 is highly recommended during the first days. Pools: 5/5 The hotel has two nice swimming pools, both with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available at any time. Guests: The atmosphere is relaxed, mostly attracting couples without children. The majority of guests were from Eastern Europe (Poles, Czechs or Slovaks). I did not encounter any Russian-speaking guests at the hotel during my stay.

Pros: Spacious room (we had a Big Panoramic Suite with Sea and Garden View) with a large bathroom (shower) and a huge terrace with a stunning view! The room has everything you need (air conditioning, fan, kettle, refrigerator), and the bathroom fixtures are new and in excellent condition. The bed is large. Everything is great. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff is very friendly and eager to please. They arrange airport transfers (80,000 local), and you can book excursions (the price is the same as everywhere else). They try to help with any questions. Cons: There's almost no private grounds, only a small but lovely pool with 5-6 sun loungers (always available). It's a 6-minute walk down to the sea, but the sea isn't beautiful; the bottom is muddy, so no one swims. Cons: The breakfast is very poor (pancakes, yogurt, samsa, buns, some fruit, drinks); you have to pay extra for scrambled eggs and omelets (5,600 local). Water is not provided in the room. The toiletries provided are only soap. But the gorgeous view and huge room make up for the downsides :)

Surprised and delighted. The hotel, however, was empty. Two out of four days, there was no one else there. Transfer from/to the airport. Gifts upon check-out. Welcome juice upon check-in. Polite. They try to please. That's rare these days. Safe.

Perfect service. Smiles always present. The room matched the description given. Perhaps a little small and noisy, too bad. However well equipped. Sat TV Etc but no curtains.?? Overall a good stay in this villa.

We chose this hotel based on its high rating on this site and we were right. We booked a deluxe room (bungalow), a very spacious room with panoramic windows, a wide and very comfortable bed, a very large bathroom, beautiful room design. Hot and cold water flowed well. The Internet worked in the room. It is nice to sit on the sofa or in the hammock on the terrace in the evening. We were very pleased with the room, it fully matches the picture. I recommend booking only a deluxe room (a separate bungalow). There are swimming pools next to the bungalow, there are several on the hotel grounds, a few minutes along the path to the beach. The bungalow is quiet, you can't hear or see your neighbors, privacy is ensured. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held in the restaurant at a certain time, excellent fish, I highly recommend the seafood salad, a good omelet in the morning. The general manager of the hotel Alberto was always interested in the guests, their stay, he cares about everyone, is involved in the work of the hotel, he also reported on the renovation of the rooms and territory. Very green territory, looks well-groomed, lots of plants, trees, flowers, everything smells delicious and blooms. It's nice to walk around the territory, took lots of beautiful photos. The staff is constantly doing something, trimming, cleaning, caring. There are comfortable chairs and a rocking bed on the beach. Every morning a boat is organized to Sakatia Island for hotel guests, where you can swim and sunbathe. The hotel is very good and fully meets its rating, in some respects - even higher. The hotel organized a transfer to the airport, a good car and a polite driver. Our recommendations for a vacation.
