Новый современный отель. В номере разве что чайник добавил бы. Но была возможность набрать кипяток внизу в кофемашине.
Персонал очень вежливый и приятный.
Расположение в тихом районе Майнца, недалеко от Рейна.
Завтрак показался ориентированным на здоровое питание, мне не хватало с утра сосисок или бекона, но это не проблема, выбор был большим и достаточным.

I’m very satisfied. Clean and nice. Roomy. And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town.

Muito bonito, é fácil chegar às vistas do Mainz e também andar por aí.Durante a minha estadia, houve algumas construçãos, que não foram muito agradáveis. Assegure-se também que você está ficando no edifício principal, ou você vai ter que andar longe com bagagem ... e não foi oferecida ajuda, embora eu tivesse 2 malas.As salas de hotel europeias tendem a ser pequenas e matas - o mesmo aconteceu aqui.

A decoração é um pouco antiquada, mas o bar e o barman foram ótimos, e o buffet de café da manhã estava absolutamente fantástico. Com certeza voltaremos.

Todo foi muito bonito em geral – Quartos, serviço e ambiente gostamos. Especialmente no restaurante, encontrei as boas indicações contra o desperdício de alimentos muito simpáticas.
No entanto, o pequeno-almoço terminou às 10:30 e a nossa mesa foi imediatamente limpa, de modo que também os alimentos foram lançados nas nossas pranchas. Então, queria evitar desperdícios – Na realidade, mas fizeste o contrário e puxaste o desperdício para o topo. Isso é chamado de ironismo em pura forma. 😏
A minha proposta: A partir das 10:30 horas, fechar o buffet para evitar novas tomadas, mas dar aos hóspedes 15–20 minutos para comerem as suas meias em paz, no sentido de uma verdadeira sustentabilidade.

The hotel is new and good. You need to check in via machine and no need to interact with an human. But you can check in only 3 pm since its a machine you cannot negotiate it.

We were surprised by how clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished our hotel and room were. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast; it fully met our expectations. The reception was very accommodating and friendly. The location on the edge of Trier's old town and right next to the bus stop is ideal. We were happy. The fact that it rained most of the time didn't bother us much, especially because of the beautiful hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und gut. Die Lage zur Innenstadt und zu Lebensmittelgeschäft sehr nah. Habe mich in den 10 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk.
The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes.
Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners.

JJoanna AssadHotel location is excellent, just a short walk from train station (slightly downhill) and close to old city center / touristy areas and farmers market on Saturday. Rooms are basic but very clean. Air conditioner is great, especially during the hot summers. Towels slightly old, but very clean - everything is changed daily. Bathroom again is basic, amenities are only body shampoo / shower gell - so if you need additional items (eg cotton buds, shower cap, etc.) then bring your own. Breakfast selection is not bad. Hotel design is modern / compact. Closets are open, which is great - gives the room more space and less likely to leave anything behind in the hotel. Beds are flexible: two wins which can be passed apart or together, as needed. Pillows, sheets and blankets are very comfortable. Service is good - the front desk person was new, but the manager was on hand immediately to resolve any issues. There is parking behind the hotel - but not many spaces, so you will need to be early to get a space, or lucky. Highly recommend this budget hotel - especially if you are traveling by train.

GGuest UserExcellent location, beautiful castle and convenient for hosting a group of 6. We had our own area so no need to be forced into the common area. Beds were good, but the rooms are a bit noisy when there are other guests in the adjacent room. We were lucky that we were able to join the ****** dinner theater show that was planned the first night, that was a lot of fun.
There was also a wedding party in the basement the second night. Sound wise not too much of an issue with the music, but the guests were smoking and talking in front of the bedrooms until very late. Not a huge problem, but it would have been better if the hotel made sure the wedding guests were standing on the other side of the courtyard as now it was like they were standing inside the room.
Staff is very friendly and the breakfast excellent. An ideal location for a short trip. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe Day Hotel offers excellent value for money. Despite its location near the train station and main road, the rooms are very quiet. It's about a 5-minute walk from the platform and a 15-minute walk from the city center.

BBoniethamHotel is clean and rooms are nice and big. Service is so so and there are not many amenities available at all. For a place to sleep it's ok but not for more than a couple of nights.

BBucket list TravelThis was a great stop for us. Although a little dated and the hotel could do with an overhaul it was clean, staff were outstanding, a lovely park area and lots of walks. The hotel is right on a public transport system so the bus collects you from the carpark. Great addition.
Our only problem was the water pressure but we noticed them working on this.
The balcony was great for sunsets and sunrise 🌅

If you choose to not pay via the hotel, the normal parking garage price is 26€ for the night.
So if you think this hotel is the best budget option, factor this parking cost in.
Plus a city tax of 4€ for each additional guest at check in.
No water, mini bar or anything else in the rooms.
The restaurant in the hotel has expensive prices(20+€ for most items)
Service at the front desk: most were very unfriendly. One was okay to us.
The gym is decent with a few machines and weights.
The sauna works but was set on 93° which is high for these small saunas.
