Not available for getting food and cab invoices at checking out, due to systematic issues, and leave my email for sending ASAP
After one day no feedback and made two calls by my Indian friend to front desk, and got the answers of “will send to you ASAP” and “will send you now”, but still nothing in my email……..
Writing email to hotel service email…..no response
Then made a call again via free calls from trip.com link of Countryard Hyderabad….. finally, got the invoices in 1min…….
I’m wondering what happen for this 4-star hotel having this kind of service……..

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

RECUPERAÇÃO PARA HOTEL E TRIP.COM.A estadia global do hotel era muito boa.No entanto, o empregado do hotel não tinha experiência no check-out e não tinha treinamento do hotel. Também trip.com Não educa e comunica ao hotel que Trip.com é uma empresa online legítima, e quando trip.com envia uma reserva pré-pagada, o cliente HA PAGADO TODO PELA STAY. Esta falta de comunicação por trip.com e formação incompleta por gestão de hotéis deixou um BIG GAP no atraso do checkout.O empregado de hotéis nunca ouviu falar de Trip.com e estava em um dilema se me devolver a cargo, apesar de ficar pago inteiramente. Isso me deixou atrasado e arruinou toda a experiência de estadia.O hotel era excelente e de classe mundial EM todos OS outros aspectos.

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

A localização é boa, fácil de alcançar e acessível para todos.
O próprio hotel está a passar por obras de renovação, pelo que o dia está um pouco ruidoso.
O arrefecimento é um pouco fechado e não dá a sensação de um hotel estrelado.
A Sala de fitness e vapor são fantásticas.Há muita água e frutas disponíveis lá. É Muito bom para UMA toalha limpa.
Eu tinha pequeno-almoço, o buffet era fantástico e os chefs estavam disponíveis na contagem e o pessoal sempre perguntava se eu precisava de algo que eu não vejo no menu - outra impressão positiva.
Verdict: boa experiência geral e pessoal amigável.
Recomendaria um curto estadia.

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

TTaranjitkaur1102I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

Amazing
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

LLove Travelling2024The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all.
The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

GGuest UserHad a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
