Excellent location and excellent service, I would like to thank all reception members of staff for their friendly service, especially Hedi and Mrs Zahia . As well excellent room cleaning service top notch. Excellent hotel to satay in for business traveller solo traveller and for a weekend in the capital ,loved the breakfast, 100% i recommend to all friends and family members and to anyone wanting to spend time in the capital Tunis as its close to everything you need. Looking forward to staying at carlton hotel in my next trip

I was home with my own second family for a short time . I will never forget any member of the hotel stuff for the rest my whole life even if I reach one hundred years old. THANKS TO YOU TRIP TO LET ME KNOW SUCH A NICE STUFF LIKE THEM , I'M SOOO GREATFULL. YOURS FOR EVER AND EVER LOLOAH ALGHREEB

Old hotel with consumed furniture. My sink was clogged. Very friendly staff with professional attitude. Overall, very good.

The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.

This hotel was great to stay in. We were only there for 2 nights but that was a good experience. It's kinda hard to find since the entrance is in like a side road but the inside is very nice and comfortable. The person at the front desk the day we arrived was super friendly and even gave us a few bottles of water while we checked in. The room was spacious enough for 3 and included a small fridge. The shower unfortunately leaked a lot of water on the floor so I hope they fixed that after we told them. The included breakfast was great and very filling. You just sit on a table in the lobby area and they bring it to. A croissant, coffee or tea, a yoghurt, a fruit smoothie and bread with butter were included. First breakfast we got a small omelette and the next day was a crepe with Nutella. It was enough to skip lunch. For location it was a small walk to the Bazaar streets (which btw make sure u have a GPS or u never find your way out 😆) you can visit some historical sites or walk down the boulevard in the other direction. We enjoyed our stay and all the staff was super nice and answered all questions

I think the location is excellent; close to the medina, very close to the train station and a walk to the tram for Carthage. My room was great; very comfy firm bed, big, clean and could use the air conditioner to warm up the room if needed. The staff were nice especially the cleaning staff and the receptionist who checked me in; she was very friendly. The breakfast was just OK; salad (and other items) were not fresh on 3 of my 4 days. That was the only real negative, along with there being a few mosquitos in my room that I managed to catch after they bit me during the night. Overall, I recommend the hotel, and was pretty good value for money.

Decent hotel, clean and located in a safe neighborhood. I would just suggest maybe adding some fruits to the breakfast, fruit slices would be fine.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nine Lifestyle Experience. The rooms were beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The food and hospitality were really outstanding and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Tunisia. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sinceramente, é bom pelo preço, mas poderia ser um pouco mais limpo. Os elevadores são antigos e o sensor da porta do elevador não funciona direito, as portas batem na gente? O quarto que solicitei na reserva não era o que eu tinha. No entanto, era um quarto enorme com cama queen size e uma cama de casal, que eram bem confortáveis. A banheira do banheiro estava muito bagunçada, parece que remendaram partes pintadas. Dá para ouvir todos os barulhos de outro quarto e de quem passa. A vista pela janela não era boa como mostram as fotos. As imagens anunciadas pelo hotel são muito mais diferentes quando você está lá. O hotel não tinha fonte de água quente limpa. Então, não recomendo trazer seu bebê para cá. Tive que comprar água térmica e engarrafada e ir ao café na esquina para eles esquentarem. O ar condicionado do quarto que eu tinha era péssimo. A descarga do vaso sanitário não dava descarga direito, tive que tirar a tampa e apertar por dentro. Sem ferro de passar roupa, sem chaleira. Equipe muito prestativa, 3 bares agradáveis, serviço de quarto regular.

O voo atrasou, então chegou tarde, uma viagem rápida do aeroporto e eu estava no hotel. Boa localização, dá para ir a pé até o mercado central, muitos restaurantes, vista do terraço, Beb Bhar, mercado de flores, tapetes para ver e perfumes para cheirar. Gostei do colchão firme, quarto de bom tamanho, a equipe foi educada e prestativa, tive que me aventurar para pegar um pouco de água, mas tinha muitas lojinhas que ainda estavam abertas. Tanta coisa para ver e fazer que precisarei voltar por mais de 3 dias. Abraços 🥂
