O hotel superou minhas expectativas. Primeiro, no check-in, a recepção percebeu que éramos uma família de três pessoas e nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito para um quarto de três quartos. No Egito, onde os preços são altíssimos, esse serviço é realmente impressionante. Segundo, o hotel oferece uma bela vista para o rio. Embora não esteja diretamente nas Cataratas Velhas, a vista para o rio ainda é muito boa. O píer fica bem ao lado, o que o torna conveniente para velejar. Reservamos um veleiro no píer naquela noite, e o barqueiro nos levou diretamente ao píer do hotel depois. Foi incrivelmente conveniente. O lado ruim é que o café da manhã era arroz branco, que não era muito saboroso e mal nos saciou. No entanto, não comi nada de bom no Egito.

Esta é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Embora a infraestrutura do hotel pareça um pouco antiga, a base de um hotel cinco estrelas ainda está lá. As instalações do hotel são muito completas, incluindo ginásio, piscina, sauna, massagens, campo de ténis e campo de squash. O restaurante pode solicitar comida para ser entregue no quarto. Use o Google Maps para pesquisar o ponto de coleta da Ilha Pyramisa Isis e você pode pegar um barco diretamente para a ilha para chegar ao hotel. Há também um cais em frente ao hotel e os barcos podem levar os hóspedes de volta à cidade a qualquer momento.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan.

Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU.

Very good hotel with excellent value for money facilities. Big and clean rooms, nice staff and excellent manager Mr. Islam will do everything to make your trip comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Okay, so the Basma Executive Club was really lovely. The service was genuinely great – everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made a big difference. The facilities were also top-notch. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool with its amazing view of the Nile, and the executive lounge was a nice perk. My room was comfortable and had a fantastic view too. Overall, it was a really pleasant and enjoyable stay in Aswan.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.
